A review and further analysis on seafood processing and the development of the fish Pangasius from the food industry perspective

Abstract: Vietnam's seafood processing industry, in the specific, and the agricultural industry, in general, has gained many benefits and achievements to contribute to the GDP growth of Vietnam in recent years.
