Alterações de isoenzimas peroxidases em plantas de feijoeiro tratadas com biocontrolador do crestamento bacteriano comum

The incorporation of biological control organisms in seeds may help control pathogens and improve seedling performance. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of biopriming bean seeds with Trichoderma spp. and Bacillus subtilis using physiological conditioning, suspensions of biological structures and film coating techniques. Biopriming treatments with suspensions of biological structures were performed using the commercial products Agrotrich plus ® and Rhizoliptus ® . Water restriction was achieved using a PDA + Manitol (−0.7 MPa) medium for both Trichoderma spp. and Bacillus subtilis. Fifty disinfected bean seeds were placed in each petri dish. When the first radicle protrusion appeared in a seed, the other seeds were removed and dried in the laboratory environment for 48 h. Film coating was performed with the addition of the Color Seed ® (150 mL kg −1 ) polymer to a treatment solution containing either the Trichoderma spp. or the Rhizoliptus product. Seeds were dried for 48 h in the laboratory. Seeds were covered and treated with one or both organisms. Biopriming with spore or bacterial cell suspensions promoted bean seedling growth, and the other techniques were not required to potentiate these benefits. Covering the primed bean seeds reduced seed quality. Both Trichoderma spp. and Bacillus subtilis promote bean seedling growth, benefitting the seedling even after it becomes independent of the seed reserves. ARTICLE HISTORY

The objective of this study was the effect of leverage microbiolization forage radish seed with Trichoderma spp. and Bacillus subtilis by physiological conditioning techniques, suspension of biological structures and film coating. The microbiolization suspension of biological structures was carried out with commercial products Rhizoliptus ® and Agrotrich plus ® . Fluid restriction was held in PDA medium + mannitol (-0.7 MPa), when was the first seed radicle protrusion in the other were removed and dried in a laboratory environment for 48 h. The film coating was performed with the addition of the polymer Color Seed ® (300 mL kg -1 ) treatment of the syrup containing Trichoderma spp. or product Rhizoliptus ® . We used a treatment covering the seeds primed with organisms, or their association. The microbiolization with Trichoderma spp. by physiological conditioning controls pathogens infecting the seeds. Trichoderma spp. and Bacillus subtilis promote the growth and development of seedlings of forage radish, and the coating of the seeds primed in the presence of organisms which provides greater shoot growth of seedlings in the field. Técnicas de microbiolização de sementes de nabo forrageiro com Trichoderma spp. e Bacillus subtilis RESUMO O objetivo deste trabalho foi potencializar o efeito da microbiolização de sementes de nabo forrageiro com Trichoderma spp. e Bacillus subtilis pelas técnicas de condicionamento fisiológico, suspensão de estruturas biológicas e peliculização. A microbiolização com suspensão de estruturas biológicas foi realizada com os produtos comerciais Agrotrich plus ® e Rhizoliptus ® . A restrição hídrica foi realizada em meio BDA + Manitol (-0,7 MPa), ao ocorrer protrusão radicular na primeira semente, as demais foram retiradas e secas em ambiente de laboratório por 48 h. A peliculização foi realizada com a adição do polímero Color Seed ® (300 mL kg -1 ) à calda de tratamento contendo Trichoderma spp. ou ao produto Rhizoliptus. Foi utilizado um tratamento recobrindo as sementes condicionadas com os organismos isolados ou em associação. A microbiolização com Trichoderma spp. pelo condicionamento fisiológico controla os patógenos infectantes das sementes. Trichoderma spp. e Bacillus subtilis promovem o crescimento e desenvolvimento de plântulas de nabo forrageiro, sendo o recobrimento das sementes condicionadas na presença dos organismos o que proporciona maior crescimento de parte aérea de plântulas no campo.

Derivados de algumas plantas medicinais apresentam potencial no controle alternativo de doenças de plantas, mas ainda há necessidade de maior compreensão sobre os mecanismos envolvidos. O objetivo desse trabalho foi avaliar a indução de mecanismos bioquímicos de defesa em feijoeiro (Phaseolus vulgaris) pelo extrato aquoso (EA) e óleo essencial (OE) de gengibre (Zingiber officinale). Foram avaliadas a atividade de peroxidases e polifenoloxidases em folhas de plântulas e plantas de feijoeiro das variedades Preto Tuiuiu e Carioca Pérola. Em plântulas, avaliou-se concentrações de OE (0, 0,1, 0,5 e 1%) e EA (0, 1, 5 e 10%). Em plantas, foram avaliadas concentrações de OE (0,1% e 1%) e EA (1% e 10%) em folhas tratadas e não tratadas. Também foi avaliada a indução da fitoalexina faseolina em hipocótilos de feijoeiro. O OE e o EA promoveram indução de peroxidases com pontos de máxima entre 57 e 72 horas após o tratamento. Somente o OE promoveu indução de polifenoloxidases. Não foi observado efeito sistêmico em plantas de feijoeiro, mas em hipocótilos houve efeito linear na indução de faseolina. Houve efeito diferencial entre as variedades de feijoeiro utilizadas para alguns atributos avaliados. Os resultados indicam efeito indutor de mecanismos bioquímicos de defesa em feijoeiro pelo OE e EA de gengibre.
