Comparison between the working environment of nurse managers and nursing assistants in the hospital context

Abstract: Objective Comparing the working environment of nurse managers and nursing assistants in the hospital context. Method A mixed methods research with concomitant triangulation of data developed in a university hospital in the South of Brazil.
