Abstract: A new species of the genus Tityus C. L. Koch, 1836 (Scorpiones, Buthidae) from the state of Bahia, Brasil. A new species of the genus Tityus C.L.Koch, 1836 (Scorpiones, Buthidae) is described from Anagé (36º44'14"S -08º08'41"W) and Poções (31º47'14"S -21º55'40"W), state of Bahia, Brazil.
