Objetivo: fazer uma reflexão a respeito da diferença entre: alongamento, relaxamento e aquecimento e seus benefícios para os cantores. Conclusão: exercícios de aquecimento e alongamento são complementares na preparação de cantores. Aquecimento previne lesões, favorece o alongamento e garante melhor vibração das pregas vocais.
