Abstract: Quando Michel Foucault estudou as relações de poder, com certeza, o mundo era outro. Em sua genealogia, iniciada nos anos 70, o filósofo considerava a sociedade disciplinar, e, nesse contexto, eram as instituições que detinham o poder, ao qual denominaria biopoder.
