RESUMO Este estudo analisou a integração da equipe de Saúde Bucal (eSB) à equipe de Saúde da Família (eSF) no Distrito Federal. Trata-se de estudo qualitativo onde dezenove entrevistas, observação do trabalho e análise documental foram conduzidas, e a coleta e a análise, em triangulação, basearam-se em categorias analíticas formuladas a partir das políticas públicas que orientam o trabalho em saúde bucal: trabalho em equipe, ações educativas e intersetoriais, vínculo e acolhimento, acesso e coordenação do cuidado, planejamento e educação permanente, participação e controle social, qualificação da assistência e condições de trabalho. Os resultados evidenciam integração dos profissionais da saúde bucal na interconsulta, nas reuniões de equipe, nas visitas domiciliares, nas ações intersetoriais focadas em escolares e de educação em saúde individual e de grupos, num meio onde predomina o modelo biomédico. Os agentes comunitários se destacam como facilitadores da integração, enquanto os técnicos de saúde bucal permanecem na invisibilidade. Conclui-se que a integração da eSB com a eSF é incipiente e limitada por conflitos de normas e pela forma como se organiza o trabalho na eSF no contexto estudado, constituindo-se em uma difícil integração.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate both the managers’ and dental surgeons’ perception about the organization of oral health actions in primary care, regarding the work process, planning and social control, in a health micro region. Methods: Qualitative study case with the performance of interviews with oral health managers and focal group with dental surgeons. The content analysis proposed by Bardin was used. Results: The management of the planning and work process is characterized by isolated actions, low institutional support and verticalized authoritarian processes. In the scope of primary care, there is no integrality nor intersectoriality. The managers and dental surgeons have little access to the fundamental indicators and parameters to the initial diagnosis of the planning. Conclusion: The National Program of Improvement to the Access and Quality in Primary Care allowed a possible breakthrough in the current model, with the implementation of new ways of work organization and production, record information, planning and action implementation. There is hardly any social control.

O diário como dispositivo em pesquisa multicêntrica

Resumo Este artigo vincula-se a uma pesquisa multicêntrica realizada entre 2013 e 2015 em quatro diferentes cenários: São Paulo, Campinas, Ribeirão Preto e Recife. Tem como objetivo apresentar o diário de pesquisa como um dispositivo da Análise Institucional, que possibilitou explorar diferentes dimensões do vivido pelos diaristas-pesquisadores, bem como restituir a análise de implicações que se cruzaram nos movimentos provocados nas e pelas experienciações deste projeto multicêntrico, registradas nos diários. O uso de diário no trabalho de campo foi prática corrente entre os membros da equipe do projeto. A produção do registro em forma de diários, na perspectiva da Análise Institucional, possibilita a análise das implicações dos pesquisadores, opondo-se à ideia de neutralidade do sujeito na pesquisa. Como dispositivo da intervenção, os diários de pesquisa permitiram a articulação entre os diaristas-pesquisadores dos quatro cenários com seus diferentes saberes e experiências, no cotidiano da saúde bucal, acionando heterogeneidades e os provocando a escreverem, refletindo sobre suas atividades na clínica e, sobretudo, a compartilharem a escrita dessas experienciações vividas com os demais, o que produziu efeitos nos processos de inovação da clínica.
