Chronic conditions and the challenges for knowledge production in health

Abstract: Care delivery to noncommunicable diseases like cardiovascular conditions, diabetes mellitus, cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, represents a challenge for health systems in developed or developing countries.
