Avaliação de linhagens de maxixe paulista cultivadas em canteiros com cobertura de polietileno

Abstract: A partir do cruzamento de Cucumis anguria x Cucumis longipes obtiveram-se, com ciclos de seleção massal intercalados a ciclos de endogamia, linhagens de maxixe que diferem do tipo comum pelas suas características de ausência de espiculosidade, tamanho de fruto e formato de folha não lobulada, semelhante ao pepino.
