Resumo: O artigo apresenta uma análise da relação das pautas das lutas sociais, em especial as do campo educacional, com os conteúdos dos Projetos Político-Pedagógicos em um contexto de regressão de direitos em Abstract: This article presents an analysis of the relationship of the social struggles agendas, in particular in the field of education, with the contents of the political-pedagogical projects (PPPs) in a context of increasing with drawal of rights in face of the capital crisis. It shows the partial results of a broader quantitative-qualitative documentary research, here focusing on the PPPs of 12 schools in the State of Santa Catarina, which suggest that the agendas of social struggles favor the establishment of a universal, public, democratic, quality educational system in correlation with the citizenship rights. It concludes that the contents of the Projects are a critique of the social order of capital, although not confronting the structural issues of this sociability, proposing education as a solution to the social problems and necessary to the development of the student's citizenship without, however, reflecting on poverty and social inequality -expressions of denial of rights.
