Análise das alterações histopatológicas dos fígado de ratos pré-tratados com alopurinol e submetidos à isquemia: reperfusão hepática

Abstract: OBJETIVO: As espécies ativas de oxigênio (EAO), originadas pela ação da enzima xantina-oxidase, têm importância na fisiopatologia da síndrome isquêmica-reperfusional.
