Análise De Experimentos Em Látice Quadrado Com Ênfase Em Componentes De Variância: Ii. Análise Conjunta

Abstract

, JOSÉ MARCELO SORIANO VIANA 4 e COSME DAMIÃO CRUZ 5 RESUMO -Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar as seguintes alternativas de análise de grupo de experimentos em látice quadrado (Square Lattice), quanto à estimação de componentes de variância e alguns parâmetros genéticos: 1) análise intrablocos com tratamentos ajustados e blocos dentro de repetições não-ajustados; 2) análise do látice com blocos casualizados completos; 3) análise intrablocos com tratamentos não-ajustados e blocos dentro de repetições ajustados; 4) análise do látice como blocos casualizados completos, utilizando-se as médias ajustadas dos tratamentos, obtidas a partir da análise com recuperação da informação interblocos, tendo como quadrado médio do resíduo, a média dos resíduos (variância efetiva média), das análises individuais, desta mesma análise com recuperação da informação interblocos. Para as quatro alternativas de análise, obtiveram-se os estimadores e as estimativas para os componentes de variância e coeficientes de herdabilidade. Houve grande concordância entre as quatro alternativas de análise estudadas, quanto à classificação dos materiais avaliados. Para um particular conjunto de dados e dependendo dos objetivos da análise, convém pesquisar qual das alternativas de análise é preferível, principalmente nos casos em que se obtém uma estimativa negativa para o componente de variância devido a efeitos de blocos dentro de repetições ajustados, para várias das análises individuais.Termos para indexação: parâmetros genéticos, melhoramento de plantas. JOINT ANALYSISABSTRACT -This paper focused on four alternatives of experiment group analysis in square lattice as far as the estimation of variance components and some genetic parameters are concerned: 1) intrablock analysis with adjusted treatment and blocks within unadjusted repetitions; 2) lattice analysis as complete randomized blocks; 3) intrablock analysis with unadjusted treatment and blocks within adjusted repetitions; 4) lattice analysis as complete randomized blocks, by utilizing the adjusted means of treatments, obtained from the analysis with recovery of interblock information, having as mean square of the error the mean of the errors (mean effective variance) of the individual analyses, of this same analysis with recovery of interblock information. For the four alternatives of analysis, the estimators and estimates were obtained for the variance components and heritability coefficients. The classification of material was also studied. The present study suggests that for each experiment and depending on the objectives of the analysis, one should observe which alternative of analysis is preferable, mainly in cases where a negative estimate is obtained for the variance component due to effects of blocks within adjusted repetitions in the individual analyses.
