Caracterização do atendimento de uma unidade de hemoterapia

Abstract: This study aimed to describe the characteristics of service in a Hemotherapy Unit in the interior of the state of São Paulo in 2009. All ethical guidelines were followed and a survey was carried out in the database of the Unit. During the observed period, the Unit shows greater rate of repetition donors, with low levels of adverse reactions and 100% of donors' satisfaction.
