SENADEn: expressão política da Educação em Enfermagem

Abstract

RESUMOTrata-se de um estudo de recorte histórico, tendo como objetivo principal documentar a trajetória dos Seminários Nacionais de Diretrizes para Educação em Enfermagem (SENADEns), em suas dez edições, realizados em várias regiões do país, no período de 1994 a 2006. Teve como fontes de pesquisa documentos oficiais dos referidos eventos, publicações da ABEn-Nacional, artigos e teses sobre a educação em enfermagem. Da análise como um todo, podemos concluir que os SENADEns representaram e continuam representando um espaço, por excelência, de discussão acerca dos três níveis de ensino da enfermagem-educação profissional, graduação e pós-graduação-, legitimando-se, progressivamente, como uma liderança da construção coletiva das políticas e diretrizes educacionais da área. ABSTRACT This segmental historical study had as its main objective to register the trajectory of the National Seminars for Directives of Nursing Education (SENADEns) in the ten editions that occurred in various regions of the country from 1994 to 2006. Data sources consisted of official documents of the events, publications of ABEn-Nacional INTRODUÇÃOA busca por uma política de educação e formação profissional em enfermagem foi um processo historicamente protagonizado pela Associação Brasileira de Enfermagem (ABEn-Nacional), nos diferentes períodos da institucionalização da profissão no Brasil.
