DEPLOYMENT OF THE SYSTEM USER EMBRACEMENT WITH CLASSIFICATION AND RISK ASSESMENT AND THE USE FLOWCHAT ANALYZERABSTRACT: This study had as objective to describe the process of implementing the system User Embracement with Classification and Risk Assesment and the use of Flowchat Analyzer in Emergency Hospital Service of Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Ourinhos, state of São Paulo. The deployment of the system was subdivided into stages: professional awareness, readjustment of resources, implementation of planning and evaluation. For the organization of patient flow, Funcional Flowcharts were used which, after some adjustments, resulted in a Flowchat Analyzer. The resulting Flowchat Analyser provided a graphic display of the stages of care and directed all non-emergeny patients with injuries to the nursing consultation. It is concluded that the Flowchart Analyser was as essential tool in the process of implementation of the User Embracement with Classification and Risk Assesment because, in defining the steps of the flow to the service, the service became more organized, humane and safe. IMPLANTAÇÃO DEL SISTEMA ACOGIMIENTO CON CLASIFICACIÓN Y EVALUACIÓN DE RIESGOS Y USO DEL FLUJOGRAMA ANALIZADOR RESUMEN:Este estúdio tuvo como objetivo describir el proceso de implementación del sistema Acogimiento con Clasificación y Evaluación de Riesgos y uso del Flujograma Analizador y su uso en el Servicio de Urgencias del Hospital Santa Casa de Misericordia de Ourinhos, estado de São Paulo. El despliegue del sistema se divide en etapas: la sensibilización de los profesionales, el reajuste de los recursos, la ejecución de planificación y evaluación. Para la organización del flujo de pacientes, se utilizaron Flujogramas Funcionales que, con algunos ajustes, se tradujo en un Flujograma Analizador. El Flujograma Analizador resultante proporciona una representación gráfica de las etapas de lo atención dirigida a todos los pacientes que no ha lesiones de emergencia en la consulta de enfermería. Se concluye que el Flujograma Analizador es una herramienta esencial en el proceso de aplicación del Acogimiento con Clasificación y Evaluación de Riesgos, ya que, en la definición de los pasos del flujo con el servicio, el servicio se convirtió en más organizado, humano y seguro. Over the years, the technology concept was modified, especially from the development of scientific knowledge and the philosophical and artistic conceptions. Thus, it was used the evolutionary approach in order to analyze the concept of technology found in nursing journals; the analysis included 39 articles selected by searching the BDENF database, performed in November 2008, and covering the period 1996 to 2007. The results showed the design of technology as a product and as a process. Regarding technology as a product, it was associated with knowledge, training and thinking on the administration of these new technologies. As a process it encompassed groups and their organization, as well as training for capacitation. This technology, in turn, was organized in psychosocial rehabilitation, protection, and in group strategy. It was concluded that understanding the concept of technology helps nurses to utilize it and to support their actions in the theoretical and methodological ambiance, enabling the application of the concept to its fullest. Keywords: Concept formation; Research; Technology RESUMOAo longo dos anos, o conceito de tecnologia sofreu modificações, decorrentes, sobretudo, da evolução do conhecimento científico e das concepções filosóficas e artísticas. Assim, utilizou-se o método evolucionário com vistas a analisar o conceito de tecnologia nas publicações de enfermagem, que incluem 39 artigos selecionados, a partir de busca na base de dados BDENF, em novembro de 2008 abrangendo o período de 1996 a 2007. Os resultados evidenciaram a concepção de tecnologia, como produto e processo. Enquanto a tecnologia como produto esteve associada ao conhecimento, capacitação e reflexões a respeito da administração dessas novas tecnologias e, como processo compreendeu os grupos e suas conformações, além dos processos de ensino e capacitação. Esta tecnologia, por sua vez, foi organizada em reabilitação psicossocial, acolhimento e estratégia de grupo. Concluiu-se que a compreensão do conceito de tecnologia auxilia em sua utilização pelos profissionais de enfermagem e respalda suas ações no âmbito teórico-metodológico, possibilitando a aplicação do conceito em sua plenitude. Aim:To describe and evaluate the use of soft technology in nursing care for adolescents suffering from chronic renal diseases and undergoing hemodialysis. Method: This is a convergent-care study, using a qualitative approach, performed in a dialysis clinic in Fortaleza/CE between February and April 2012. Eight workshops were conducted, with the participation of eight teenagers. For the analysis of the information we used a structuring process, which includes collection, synthesis, theorization and contextualization. Results: The technology allowed the expression of feelings, the observation of behavioral changes and the identification of emotional responses, associated with the experiences of chronic renal patients undergoing hemodialysis.Discussion: It reinforces the importance of soft technology use in this scenario, since the creation of a therapeutic environment and the doctor-patient interaction favor an individualized and humanized care. Conclusion:The technology favored humanization and working on aspects related to hosting, sharing experiences, sensitive listening and the development of a bond.
