Abstract:Realizaram-se experimentos objetivando estabelecer concentrações satisfatórias do meio básico a ser utilizado, Murashige e Skoog (MS), de nitrogênio e de sacarose para a propagação "in vitro" de crisântemo (Dendranthema grandiflora Tzvelev.) cv. Orange Reagen. Testaram-se as concentrações 0, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 e 150% do meio MS combinadas com 0; 0,75; 1,5; 3,0; 6,0 e 12,0% de sacarose.
