Abstract: ResumoLemnoideae são consideradas as menores Angiospermas, sendo Wolffia o gênero com o menor tamanho de fronde e flores. São plantas de difícil interpretação morfológica e os termos utilizados para descrição são, em parte, diferentes dos usados para outras plantas.
