Abstract: Thus, combined models are able to provide better estimates of the effects of stressful experiences in the work environment and the consequences on workers' health, offering greater contributions to this field of knowledge.

“…No que diz respeito às relações socioprofissionais, é preciso fazer intervenções que estimulem a coesão e integração da equipe, propiciar ambiente que permita espaços de discussão e de possibilidades de adoção de novas estratégias, estimular atitudes de cooperação na equipe (Mendes & Morrone, 2010).
