Validacao de escalas psicossociais para mudanca do consumo de frutas, legumes e verduras

Abstract: O objetivo foi traduzir, adaptar e testar as propriedades psicométricas de mediadores psicossociais para o consumo de frutas, legumes e verduras. Um questionário multidimensional baseado nos construtos da Teoria Cognitiva Social e do Modelo Transteorético foi administrado em 717 estudantes universitários.
