Violência no trabalho em saúde: a experiência de servidores estaduais da saúde no Estado da Bahia, Brasil

Abstract: Este estudo teve por objetivo estimar a prevalência de violência autorreferida no trabalho em saúde. Estudo transversal realizado com uma amostra de 679 servidores estaduais (Bahia, Brasil), por meio de entrevistas face a face e uso de questionário. Dos entrevistados, 25,9% (IC95%: 22,6%-29,2%) referiram pelo menos uma das modalidades de violência investigadas, sendo a agressão verbal (19,4%) a mais frequente.
