Objective: to build and validate the content and appearance of the booklet on prevention and control of contact-borne infections. Methods: methodological study, developed from the validation of an educational booklet by expert judges and by the target audience. The validation was performed by seventeen judges from different Brazilian regions and seven companions. The agreement index between the evaluators was calculated, with a minimum of 80.0% being necessary to guarantee the validation of the material. Results: most of the items obtained agreement rates above the recommended. The changes were made according to the judges’ suggestions, giving rise to the second version of the booklet, which was submitted to the appearance validation by the target audience, culminating in changes in the cover and language. Conclusion: the booklet was considered valid by specialists and by the target audience, and could be technology used for companions of patients kept in contact isolation.

Objective: to analyze the technological production of three professional master programs in the area of Nursing. Method: documentary research on primary sources. A total of 100 graduate nurses from three professional master’s programs in Nursing in the Southeastern region of Brazil were analyzed, based on the following variables: time of training, typology of products; context of products and technological and educational classification, welfare and management. The study was guided by the question: “How is the technological production of the dissertation of the professional master’s degree according to typology, context and technological classification? The analysis of the data was based on the construction of a table that categorized the products according to the typology. Results: development of techniques was the main type of product found, being expressed by flowcharts, protocols, guidelines and training courses. The products were mostly developed in the hospital context, in the educational technology format. Conclusion: the technological production of the analyzed programs is restricted, diffuse and, in its majority, of low social impact and has no relevance in the body of the dissertation. Despite the wide possibility of conclusion work, the dissertation, accompanied by an article and/or technical productions, is the main form of presentation.

Aprender brincando: validação semântica de tecnologia educacional sobre tuberculose para crianças escolares

Resumo Objetivo validar semanticamente tecnologia educacional sobre tuberculose para crianças escolares. Método estudo metodológico, realizado com 51 escolares, entre 10 e 12 anos, de escola pública em Belém, Pará. Na coleta de dados, apresentou-se às crianças a tecnologia educacional, um caça-palavras, com definição, transmissão, sinais e sintomas da tuberculose e, após sua aplicação realizou-se entrevista individual, com perguntas abertas e fechadas, sobre atributos associados à impressão geral, ao conteúdo e forma. Para descrever a concordância das respostas à entrevista, foi utilizado o índice de validade de conteúdo, com ponto de corte igual a 0,80. Na descrição das variáveis numéricas, utilizou-se o software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, 22.0 e, para o corpus textual, empregou-se o software IRaMuTeQ 0.7, alpha 2. Resultados os índices de validade de conteúdo apresentaram resultados superiores a 90%. A descrição dos depoimentos gerou duas nuvens de palavras, referentes à compreensão sobre a doença e capacidade informativa da tecnologia. Conclusão e implicações para a prática a tecnologia foi considerada de fácil utilização, relevante e de conteúdo apropriado, portanto, válida para crianças compreenderem a doença, possibilitando atuarem como multiplicadores da informação para sua rede de convívio.
