This study was to investigate catalpol content and antioxidant activities in five cultivars (Kokang, Suwon 10, Suwon 11, Jiwhang 1 and Korea) of Rehmannia Radix. Catalpol content was analysed by HPLC using C18 column (150×4.6 mm, 5 μm), 1% acetonitrile and a UV detector. The standard curve was found to be a linear regression of y=0.0483x-0.0841 (R 2 =0.999). The catalpol content ranged from 85.2 mg/g to 144.9 mg/g, of which the Korea was the highest among cultivars. The total phenol content in Rehmannia Radix was 0.358~0.459 mg/g, of which the Korea was the highest among cultivars. The antioxidant activities determined by DPPH and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities were the highest in Korea with IC50 of 205.8 mg/g for DPPH radical scavenging activity and IC50 of 38.8 mg/g for hydroxyl radical scavenging activity. Based on these results, the Korea among Rehmannia Radix cultivars was suggested to be a potent medicinal plant material for antioxidant activities.
The main objective of study was to analyze the effectiveness of transit mall. To this end, this study compared operational status of transit malls in operation (Daegu, Seoul and Busan). For the city of Busan where the latest transit mall became operational in 2015, a discriminant model was proposed to determine user satisfaction/dissatisfaction. The outcomes of comparative study showed that each city has different operational focus -Seoul has focus on traffic demand management, Busan has focus on walking environment, and Daegu has focus on accessibility to public transportation. Also, the discriminant model indicated that market sentiment, convenience of bus service, traffic accident risk, number of pedestrian, market user number have effects on user satisfaction. These results implied that, to improve user satisfaction, measures for market revitalization such as opening events and forming consultative groups need to be prepared and traffic conditions should also be improved through expansion of curfew time, linkage with subway station.
It is important to analyze and offer specialized start-ups effect factors for collegians in order to systematically and successfully support technology-centered start-ups of collegians, whose social experience is insufficient. However, consistently changing start ups environmental analysis is difficult, which can be a problem, because technology-centered start-ups factor analysis is carried out depending on statistical package. This paper proposes an ATSA system that demonstrates effect factors on technology-centered start-ups decision making as a hierarchial structure by using AHP, inputs the effect factors to judgment matrix after pre-processing, calculates standardized values and weights, verifies consistency, and draws priorities through weights integration. It was confirmed that the ATSA system can efficiently support decision making for technology-centered start-ups by quantitatively analyzing qualitative factors through experiments by applying multi-criteria decision making to the analyses of start-ups founders' internal and external factors and various start-ups environments.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
