The article discusses issues related to the formation of a competitive regional strategy, based on the combined use of three conceptual approaches: the choice of "locomotive" of the regional economy in the construction industry, territorial marketing and regional branding. The effectiveness of the integration of these approaches, stemming from the fact that the result is positioning and promotion of the region as well as regional intangible assets, to ensure and maintain its high status and attractiveness for investors, partners, tourists, skilled labour and other resources. These approaches allow the simultaneous solution of the triune strategic objectives are to meet the social, economic and marketing needs, and problems of innovation development facing the region.
The article is devoted to the investigation of happiness level, well-being and life quality of scientific pedagogical staff (SPS). The paper identifies the main factors that influence at the objective and subjective sense of SPS happiness, explores different approaches to the research of well-being and life quality of individuals and society in general, detects the features of professional SPS activity. This article is also performs the impact of professionally significant factors on the subjective feeling of well-being and life quality satisfaction by SPS. The profile of happy SPS was composed as well. Analysis of well-being and quality of life was based on a survey of income, health, social capital, and other factors that are included in the category of happiness. The study allowed to establish the relationship between the factors of well-being and motivation factors of the SPS.
В настоящей статье рассматриваются современные инструменты коммерциализации инноваций в системе инновационного управления регионом. Изложены базовые предпосылки формирования эффективного инновационного механизма регионального уровня. На основе опросов, оценки и систематизации информации об инновационной деятельности региона, выявлены основные причины недостаточной инновационной активности. Раскрываются факторы ее активизации и содержание основных проблем развития и реализации инновационного продукта-как для предприятий-создателей инноваций, так и предприятий-их потребителей. New conditions under which corporate socio-economic policy and the system of business and public relationships are being planned and implemented nowadays requiring the development and correction of principles and rules of its shaping are considered in the article. Particularly, the boundaries of virtual economy and neuroeconomics are widened, the corporate social responsibility compliance and ecological narratives are strengthened. That changes the format and quality of companies challenges as well as the principles of corporate policy shaping. Its composition and content with regard to new conditions and challenges have been analyzed and its differences from corporate strategy and market policy have been revealed in the article.
