На сегодняшний день одной из наиболее актуальных областей теоретических и практических интересов является поведенческая экономика, исследующая психологические закономерности поведения человека, предопределяющие его экономические решения.В рамках этого направления, в данной статье предпринята попытка объединить психологический и экономический подходы к изучению основных факторов управления человеческими ресурсами и человеческим капиталом в экономическом пространстве России, которые были объединены в четыре группы: ситуационно-средовые, личностные, социально-экономические и политические факторы и организационно-управленческие факторы.Поскольку управление человеческими ресурсами осуществляется в экономическом пространстве страны, индикаторы мониторинга развития человеческих ресурсов и человеческого капитала должны представлять собой систему показателей, включающую показатели экономической плотности, показатели размещения и качества населения и экономической деятельности, показатели интенсивности социально-экономических взаимосвязей и показатели психологического состояния населения.Определяется роль человеческих ресурсов как движущей силы в повышении уровня и качества жизни людей, выравнивании условий социально-экономического развития страны и регионов, и обосновывается основная роль инвестиций в человеческий капитал как ключевого фактора инновационного развития российской экономики.
Subjective well-being is a new cognitive-affective indicator of socio-economic success of individuals that affects the effectiveness of their professional activities. The authors of the article investigate this phenomenon in the academic sphere, offering to analyze the gender specifics of the subjective well-being of research and teaching staff. The aim of the study is to compare the subjective well-being of research and teaching staff depending on gender, and to review theoretical approaches to research on subjective well-being. Based on the reflection of the previous stages of the study, the authors developed a methodological construct that includes an assessment of the subjective well-being of the academic staff of Russian universities through the analysis of affective and cognitive components. When developing research tools (online questionnaires), we used the emotional balance scale N. We also used questions from the European social survey (ESS) (measuring the overall perception of happiness and life values) and the VTSIOM monitoring study (self-assessment of financial situation). In the course of the study, the authors determined the specificity of subjective well-being on the basis of gender differences in the academic field that manifest the subjective assessment of affective (emotional balance of positive and negative emotions, subjective assessment of well-being in the context of the current period) and a cognitive component of subjective well-being: the value-rational component (assessment of their freedom, a sense of meaning in life, having goals and activities that define the meaning of life, etc.), goal-rational component (overall rating of quality of life, assessment of socio-economic and political institutions, satisfaction with the professional sphere). The assessment of subjective well-being of academic staff in Russian universities with regard to professional determinants (awareness of the value and purpose of professional activities, the status of the profession in society, the status of the institution, opportunity for professional development, self-development, academic freedom, relations, professional communication, work schedule, sabbaticals, precariatization (reporting, administrative burden).
The article is devoted to the investigation of happiness level, well-being and life quality of scientific pedagogical staff (SPS). The paper identifies the main factors that influence at the objective and subjective sense of SPS happiness, explores different approaches to the research of well-being and life quality of individuals and society in general, detects the features of professional SPS activity. This article is also performs the impact of professionally significant factors on the subjective feeling of well-being and life quality satisfaction by SPS. The profile of happy SPS was composed as well. Analysis of well-being and quality of life was based on a survey of income, health, social capital, and other factors that are included in the category of happiness. The study allowed to establish the relationship between the factors of well-being and motivation factors of the SPS.
Использование деловых игр в процессе обучения является одним из наиболее актуальных направлений повышения эффективности образовательной деятельности по любому направлению, а особенно специальностей, связанных с работой с людьми: управление персоналом, психология, педагоги ка и т.п. В статье рассматриваются актуальность, некоторые особенности деловых игр, их адаптация в рамках учебного плана в высших учебных заведениях, предлагаются конкретные упражнения на разных этапах проведения деловой игры, деловая игра «Эффективная презентация на рынке труда молодых специалистов».
The article is devoted to the study of the level of happiness, welfare and quality of life of young people. The theoretical approaches to the “quality of life”, “welfare” and “happiness” concepts are examined. The infl uencing factors like the feeling of happiness, the quality of life of young people and the dependence of the young people well-being level from economic indicators are singled out. Methods for young people life quality studying include a number of author’s questionnaires — two questionnaires were developed: for working youth and for university students. Analysis of the factors shaping the quality of life, well-being and happiness of the modern young generation made it possible to specify the notion of “happiness”, “quality of life” and “well-being” and defi ne how the feeling of happiness and wellbeing aff ects the performance indicators and the potential of young people.
