Relevance. The sudden epidemiological complications that have emerged in the current century have highlighted the serious difficulties on the part of medical services and States in general in responding to epidemiological emergencies of international significance, which required a comprehensive study of the scale of the problem of the negative socio-economic consequences of epidemics for the modern state. The aim of the work was to study the factors that determine the current configuration of medical and social risks in the pre-epidemic period and form the socio-economic significance of epidemics and pandemics in a developed postindustrial society. The results are based on the monitoring, analysis and aggregation of information from specialized national and international industry publications and online resources (medical, socio-economic), as well as materials from peer-reviewed periodicals, on the practical development of author's approaches and assessments of the functioning of the anti-epidemic preparedness system at the international and national levels. Modern factors that aggravate the negative consequences of the pandemic for demography and the state economy in the absence of immunoprophylaxis and specific therapy are identified. Conclusion. The socio-economic significance of epidemiological events in the modern post-industrial society is significantly higher than the predicted level, based on the calculations of the cost of a clinical case of an infectious disease used in the previous century, namely: without including the costs of sanitary and anti-epidemic measures in the foci of the disease, for the deployment of a hospital base; for ensuring a strict anti-epidemic regime of work in medical institutions, for the rehabilitation and restoration of health of persons who have suffered an infectious disease; for the organization of preventive measures in non-medical organizations and enterprises (including information and explanatory work among the population); for the organization of medical care for persons with somatic pathology.
The tourist destinations develop with the participation of a significant number of stakeholders, whose interests often do not coincide, and sometimes completely differently directed, which determines the multifactorial nature of the relationship in the scope of the set goals achieving. On the one hand, this is the development of tourism, in which the business community is interested, on the other hand, the interests of the territory administration, which interests are of a dual nature. Coordination of the interests of all interested parties - the administration, the population of the territorial entity, the business community and tourists becomes a priority in this situation. The solution to this priority task through partnership management technologies is proposed in this research. The research is based on the use of a systematic approach and technologies of management analysis and modelling. The proposed conclusion, algorithm, model can be used in the implementation of territories branding, in the formation and implementation of the tourist destination development, in the regional policy formulation in the tourism development and the local self-government development.
Experience marketing is gaining an increasingly stable position among good governance technologies and tourism is the area where the imperatives of the experience economy are most evident. One of the most important technologies for marketing experiences is branding, which serves as a driver for the growth of the attractiveness of a tourist and recreational complex. The aim of the study was to analyze the use of branding technology in the management of tourist and recreational complexes in Russia, included in the register of investment projects of the Federal Target Program “Development of domestic and inbound tourism” through the method of comparative and contextual analysis, statistical methods based on a systematic approach. Insufficient attention to the management of the development of tourist and recreational complexes has led to the lack of recognizable brands, the lack of formation of programs for promoting tourist destinations in the Russian regions in the domestic and inbound tourism market, inconsistency with the imperatives of the impression economy, and, as a consequence, insufficient growth in the attractiveness of Russian tourism, despite significant support for the development processes of the shopping mall.
The article analyzes the current state of the medical service market of the Russian Federation, including: an assessment of the volume of paid medical services to the population, monetary expenses of households to pay for medical services, expenses of the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation for healthcare, investments in the fixed assets in healthcare, the volume of the pharmaceutical market in Russia and the imports of medicines and medical equipment.The rating of the largest non-governmental medical organizations in Russia in terms of revenue, the number of branches, the cost of initial admission and the number of patients was presented, the total revenue of the top 20 non-governmental medical organizations was analyzed.Negative trends affecting the current state of the medical service market were studied, the risks from the imposition of the sanctions and opportunities for further development of the medical services market were determined; measures of state support for health care in the context of sanctions were discussed.The conclusion presents perspectives for the development of the medical service market in the context of the sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation by the European Union, the United States and other states in connection with the special military operation in Ukraine.
