The article presents materials on the study of the peculiarities of the tannin content in the wood of Picea obovata Ledeb. and Picea pungens Engelm., growing in the urban ecosystem, as well as in natural plantings outside the city. The growing conditions of the trees were characterized by a complex index of atmospheric pollution and soil conditions. The content of tannins in wood was determined by the spectrophotometric method based on the optical density of the water extract at a wavelength of 277 nm. The correlation between the content of tannins of stem wood and the state of atmospheric air is revealed, which can be explained by damage to the assimilation apparatus of trees. The dependence of the tannin content on the pH of the soil environment was also revealed. There were no statistically significant differences in the species, as well as in the place of growth. The research was carried out with the financial support of the grant "Scientific Potential – 2020". Keywords: PÍCEA OBOVATA, PICEA PUNGENS, TANNINS, CONIFERS, SPRUCE, RESISTANCE
The method of propagation of these varieties of blackberries Karaka Black and Black Butte by green cuttings using peat and coconut substrate and growth regulators kornevin and Biofish was studied. The greatest rooting was noted when using the preparation kornevin on a coconut substrate, but according to the set of parameters of the root system (root length, number of roots and volume of the root system), it is recommended to use the complex "kornevin-Biofish". The dependence of all the parameters of the root system on the type of substrate, as well as the interaction of the substrate with varietal characteristics and the stimulator of rhizogenesis, has been reliably proved. When growing, a varietal reaction was revealed in the length of the roots and the volume of the root system to the type of container. It is recommended to use Airpot containers for growing seedlings as they provide the largest volume of the root system with the optimal root length. Annotation Environmental monitoring allowed us to analyze the state of the environment and forecast the development of the situation. It included the control of natural and anthropogenic factors of various kinds. Environmental control allowed us to assess the ecological state of agricultural landscapes in the conditions of the NGO "Zarya" of the Ryazan district, the Ryazan region. The information obtained will reduce the anthropogenic pressure on the environment and the population, as well as optimize the use of non-renewable natural resources. The article offers studies to determine the effectiveness of processing methods for the productivity of spring rapeseed and surepitsa on the dark gray forest soil of the Ryazan region. As a result, it was revealed that the maximum intensity of decomposition of flax tissue was recorded in the steam link of the crop rotation using the dump method of basic tillage for oilseed cabbage crops. The maximum yield of rapeseed was observed on the variant of the steam link of crop rotation + dump processing (31.3 c / ha), in the surepitsa (25.6 c/ha). A high increase in oilseeds in this variant is 4.7 c / ha, where the NSR05 factor with 0.97 c / ha relative to the minimum basic tillage was recorded in 2015. In the experiment, the trends of increasing the yield of oilseeds of spring rapeseed and surepitsa in the fallow link of the crop rotation relative to the row crop are revealed. The maximum oil content of rapeseed was noted in the rowed link of crop rotation during milling tillage (47.6%); in surepitsa – in the rowed link of crop rotation also during milling (45.1%).
