Studies were conducted in the Northern Steppe of Ukraine with the aim to increase the drought resistance of spring barley through such agrotechnical methods as: selection of new adaptive varieties, as well as improving the fertilizer system through the use of new nutrient complexes. New promising drought-resistant varieties of spring barley such as Stepovyk, Avers, Pryazovskyi 9, Chudovyi, Donetsk 14 are intended for cultivation in the Northern Steppe of Ukraine. It is established that the use of the new Nutrient Complex 3 increases the yield with the mineral fertilizer system by 1.37 t/ha, with the organo-mineral fertilizer system —by 2.08 t/ha, and Nutrient Complex 1 with the biological fertilizer system —by 1.6 t/ha,compared with control sample without the use of nutrient complexes.
The purpose. To determine efficiency of specimens of biological origin at growing winter wheat on various backgrounds of nutrition in conditions of Donetsk oblast. Methods. Field, added by analytical researches, measurements, counts and observation according to the standard techniques and methodical recommendations in plant growing. Results. Researches were carried out in 2015 -2017 in field rotation of SE «OX» Zaboishchik» Donetsk state agricultural experimental station of NAAS». Scheme of experiments provided presowing treatment of seeds with biological products in day of sowing, sprinkling of sowings in stages of tillering and heading. In the control they treated seeds and sowings with water. At the moment of harvesting on both backgrounds of feed the best parameters of crop structure was formed in the alternative with joint application of specimens Sizam and Rost-concentrate. The greatest productivity of grain of winter wheat on the 1-st background of feed (N30Р30) was at complex use of specimen Sizam and at its joint application with specimen Rost-concentrate -6,08 and 6,12 t/hectare, the increase in comparison with the control made 1,18 and 1,22 t/hectare. On the 2-nd background of feed (N60Р60) the greatest productivity was gained at complex use of specimen Sizam -6,86 t/hectare (the increase in comparison with the control made 1,55 t/hectare). Calculation of economic feasibility of use of biological products at growing winter wheat testifies to significant efficiency of use of backgrounds of feed and probed specimens. On the 1-st background of feed the highest profitableness was gained at treatment of seeds and sowings with specimens Sizam and Rost-concentrate (271,2%). On the 2-nd background of feed the highest level of profitableness was at complex use of specimen Sizam (296,8%). That alternative had the highest economic parameters in researches. Conclusions. Application of biological products irrespective of background of feed effectively influenced growth of plants of winter wheat, and parameters of structure of crop have considerably improved. The greatest productivity of grain and the highest level of profitableness were gained on the 2-nd background of feed (N60Р60) at complex use of specimen Sizam -6,86 t/hectare (increase in comparison with the control made 1,55 t/hectare) and 296,8%.Key words: winter wheat, biological product, background of feed, biometric parameters, structure of crop, productivity, profitableness.https://doi.org/10.31073/agrovisnyk201811-06 The peculiarities of growing winter wheat are based on optimization of a huge number of biotic and abiotic conditions affecting the formation of high grain productivity of the required quality [1][2][3][4][5]. A significant number of new developments that have appeared recently, indicates the possibility of achieving the main goalincreasing gross grain harvest [6,7]. For this there is a huge arsenal of sorts of agricultural methods. Each of them has not only direct, but also indirect influence, which does not always positively affect the ad...

During 2018–2020, we conducted researches in the eastern part of the Northern Steppe of Ukraine, which were aimed to determine the complex influence of winter wheat seed inoculation with biologic poly-myxobacterin and plant treatment with growth stimulants on the accumulation of heavy metals in grain under aerogenic emissions by thermal power station. It was established effectiveness of the biologic polymyxobac-terin and humic plant growth stimulants, which complex action was aimed to decrease the bioaccumulation of heavy metals in the grain of winter wheat cultivated in high man-made load areas. At 2 km distance from the thermal power station (extremely dangerous level of pollution), the copper content in the samples of wheat grain decreased compared to the control variant by 16.9%, the zinc content – by 19.5%. It was identified a significant decrease in the content of the Class 1 dangerous elements: lead – by 34.9%, cadmium – by 33.3. The winter wheat grain yield of Popeliushka variety was 7.9 t/ha, which was by 0.9 t/ha or 12.9% higher compared to the control. The introduction of seed inoculation and plant growth stimulants allow to reduce the pollution risk of grain products at the crop cultivation in industrial regions with a high level of man-made load on agricultural land. The grain grown in 20 km distance from thermal power station (dangerous level of soil pollution) had the less content of heavy metals: copper and zinc – by 15.3%, lead – by 32.3%, cadmium – by 33.3%. The coefficients of biological absorption of chemical elements, which allow to assess the impact of agro-technological measures on the bioaccumulative processes of heavy metals in man-made load areas, decreased by 1.3 times.
