The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state of the principles of sustainable development of enterprises in Ukraine, and the impact on the economy of Ukraine as a whole. To this end, was performed an analysis of Ukraine’s position on the indicators of sustainable development in the dynamics. The article defines the essence of the concept of sustainable development and its main components: economic, environmental and social. The basic principles of ensuring sustainable business development are determined. The prerequisites for ensuring and supporting the implementation of the concept of sustainable development of the enterprise in management practice are considered. The proposals on the innovative nature of economic development in the context of sustainable development of domestic enterprises are studied and substantiated. It was found that the current situation in the economy of Ukraine is characterized by not very high activity of innovation, which is caused primarily by the deficiency of own funds of enterprises and limited budget funding. The ways of transition of the national economy, in particular of domestic enterprises to the model of sustainable development are suggested.
Globalization through increased trade liberalization and the development of new technologies has led to a sharp increase in trade and economic turnover of goods and services, as well as an increase in the exchange of financial resources. Accordingly, effective marketing, which would take into account the various factors of the environment and the peculiarities of integration processes, becomes one of the tools to provide the prerequisites for competitive advantage in both national and global markets. At the same time, the use of modern marketing technologies in the management of marketing activities allows companies to increase turnover, become more personalized and become attractive to consumers. And, most importantly, not only the interface between brands and consumers is changing, but the correct application of marketing technologies allows modern companies to improve their financial situation, strengthen their position and facilitate integration into competitive global markets. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical provisions and practical recommendations on the field, meaning and features of modern marketing technologies, their impact on the commercial activities of enterprises and strengthening competitive positions in domestic and global markets. The article examines the importance and necessity of the modern marketing technologies application in the activities of modern enterprises in a competitive global environment. In particular, the content, specifics, features of the formation of marketing technologies are considered. The purpose and directions of the marketing technologies application and their influence on competitiveness of domestic enterprises both in the domestic and global markets are substantiated. The conducted research gives grounds to conclude that marketing technologies are important for the effective operation of domestic enterprises. Proper selection and correct application of modern marketing technologies allows companies to improve marketing management processes, expand the target audience, increase sales, strengthen their market position, increase their image and brand interest in national and international markets.
The article examines the problems of financial security of Ukrainian households in the conditions of changes. The issue of ensuring the financial security of households has recently become relevant in connection with the strengthening of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and the introduction of martial law. Peculiarities of the financial security of households, in contrast to the financial security of other participants in the financial market, are highlighted. The amount of GDP per capita and the human development index were studied. It was determined that the level of financial security depends on the choice of the model of financial behavior of a particular household. It has been proven that the level of financial security depends on the choice of the model of financial behavior of a particular household. Quality assurance and quality management are the main challenges in the management of higher education institutions not only in Ukraine but also in Europe in the context of sustainable development and the coronavirus crisis. That is why, at the present stage, there is an acute need to study the problems of management in higher education quality ensuring, both internally and externally. For Ukraine, the desire to integrate into the European educational space is topical, but requires the development of new regulations of the European educational environment based on the latest technologies, which ensure the improvement of the quality of educational services with a focus on the interests of higher education applicants. Three possible options for assessing the level of services provided by higher education students have been studied. It was found that, in the vast majority, the expectations of higher education seekers do not coincide with reality. Namely, there are various inconsistencies in ideas and expectations, which are called "gaps". It is determined that the university needs to carry out all measures to implement (integrate) management processes in quality in the strategy of development of higher education. For this purpose, a scheme for integrating the quality management into the strategic control of higher education institutions is proposed. Improving the quality of educational services is possible, including through the introduction of innovations in higher education. These changes will help improve the efficiency of management in the field of higher education, strengthen positions and increase the competitiveness and performance results of universities. With this research we concludes that not all higher education institutions in Ukraine are aware that assessing the quality of educational services is an extremely important aspect on the way to improving the quality of services and increasing the competitiveness of higher education institutions themselves. Diagnosis requires feedback that will allow universities to quickly respond to the assessments of higher education seekers about the received educational services, improve them, make services as attractive as possible for higher education applicants.
Abstract. The article explore the theoretical aspects of banking risk management, its purpose, objects, subjects and advantages are singled out. Effective banking risk management should be considered as the main task of banking institutions in their development. From this research of theoretical foundations of banking risk management, we consider it а new direction of scientific research in Ukraine, so the theoretical and methodological developments of these problems are relevant today. In order to solve these problems, we propose to distinguish between «management of banking risks» and «banking risk management». In the research of the theoretical foundations of banking risk management, the interpretation of these basic concepts was proposed. Consequently, the authors proposed defined «management of banking risks» as a process that includes methods and techniques for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and forecasting bank risks, in order to achieve the main objectives of the banks. And «banking risk management» defined as а set of principles, means and forms of management of the bank’s activities related to risks. For the development of the theory of banking risk management the authors proposed identified and characterized his subjects and objects. It is determined that the object is risks of banks and economic relations at risk, and the subject is the employees of the structural units, which, through the application of knowledge, skills, information and financial resources, participate in the management of banking risks. In addition, the advantages of effective risk management in the activities of banks are determined. The lack of research on the theoretical aspects of banking risk management can lead to deepening of theoretical and methodological problems and may negatively affect in the practical activities of banks.
