Стаття присвячена проблемі професійної адаптації молодих педагогів у перші роки їхньої роботи. Відомо, що саме молодим педагогам у їхній професійній діяльності найчастіше бракує: професійної мотивації, допомоги з боку більш досвідчених колег, умов для різнобічного зростання. Формування себе як частини колективу відбувається на другому, а то й на третьому роках роботи за вчительською спеціальністю. Учорашні старшокурсники університету мають досить високий рівень освітньої підготовки, однак розрив між теоретичними знаннями й практичним досвідом може призвести до значних труднощів у період адаптації. А однією із найважливіших якостей для будь-якого молодого спеціаліста є професійна мобільність. Здійснено аналіз найвідомішої концепції соціальної мобільності Питирима Олександровича Сорокіна ‒ автора цього терміна. Виділені сучасні підходи до вивчення проблеми професійної мобільності молодого спеціаліста в перші роки адаптації на робочому місці.
Стаття присвячена проблемі розвитку креативності в дітей дошкільного віку. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи зарубіжних та українських дослідників до змісту поняття «креативність». Акцентовано увагу на різниці між термінами «креативність» і «творчість. Проаналізовано питання, чому поняття «креативність» і «творчість» не є тотожними й синонімічними. Окреслено психолого-педагогічні особливості розвитку особистості дитини й доведено, що дошкільний вік є найкращим віковим періодом для формування креативності. Запропоновано використання квестів як ефективного засобу формування й розвитку креативності в дошкільнят. Здійснено аналіз різноманітних підходів до визначення та використання квестів. Зазначено типи та види квестів. Окреслено шляхи організації ефективного освітнього середовища за допомогою квестів. Доведено, що важливою передумовою розвитку креативності в дошкільників є розвиток та підвищення рівня креативності у педагогічних працівників. Із цією метою наведено приклади креативних квестів, які пройшли апробацію та які використовують у роботі заклади дошкільної освіти.
