The article analyzes legal aspects of regulation of vaccination, production and circulation of medical immunobiological drugs. The state provision of vaccination is necessary for preserving the life and health of the nation in every country. The politics of general vaccination was formed in the Soviet state on the basis of the analysis of spread of epidemics. There has been a change in the socio-economic situation and epidemiological conditions in the country. It resulted in the introduction the principle of voluntary vaccination. A comprehensive study of strategies and policies of vaccination in Russia has shown the need to change the existing mechanisms of the state legal regulation. The introduction of changes is complicated because of the right of citizens for voluntary vaccination. It is necessary to create a reliable system for the eradication of infectious diseases among the population. For this purpose we should develop the harm reduction plan to minimize the damage caused by vaccination to the individual.

Literature review involves a problem analysis of current scientific publications on yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida of the family Saccharomycetaceae. In 90% of cases, the etiological factor of chronic, recurrent infectious and inflammatory processes is represented by residents of oral, intestinal, urogenital and skin microbiome, opportunistic Candida albicans fungi. The paper considers the relevant medical and social problem of endogenous opportunistic infections on the example of candidiasis (candidamycosis). The review presents a conceptual analysis of changes in the microbiological properties of clinically significant candida species with ubiquitous distribution: Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis, Candida glabrata, Candida krusei, Candida parapsilosis, Candida dubliniensis, Candida auris. The authors provide a current perspective on the risk of superficial and invasive candidomycosis as an opportunistic, non-cyclic infection. Signs of the same type of pathological process develop with the participation of different species of opportunistic fungi in monoculture and associations against the background of immunodeficiency.

Аннотация В статье представлены результаты исследований по обоснованию психологопедагогических условий, необходимых для эффективного управления развитием коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры. Авторы отмечают, что эффективность управления развитием коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры во многом зависит от создания целого комплекса психолого-педагогических условий. К ним относятся: соблюдение этапов в управлении развитием коммуникативных способностей у студентов вузов физической культуры; умение преподавателей раскрывать коммуникативные способности у студентов в ходе общения; использование методических приемов для понимания индивидуальных особенностей каждого студента в процессе коммуникативной деятельности. Сюда же авторы относят: планирование развития коммуникативных способностей в процессе физкультурно-спортивной деятельности; оптимальное сочетание профессионально-коммуникативного взаимодействия студентов во время занятий; организацию комплекса мероприятий по развитию коммуникативных способностей у студентов в процессе их подготовки в вузе; объективную оценку уровня развития коммуникативных способностей у студентов вначале и в ходе обучения в вузе; разработку объективных критериев уровня развития коммуникативных способностей у студентов, с учетом особенностей физкультурно-спортивной деятельности. The scientific article substantiates the introduction of the term «glyphotherapy» in order to further use it as a designation of a new method of prevention, correction and rehabilitation of the contingent, both without developmental peculiarities and with a violation of mental development of various genesis: mental retardation, autism spectrum disorders, etc., introduction into pedagogical, psychological, psychotherapeutic practice. The term «glyphotherapy» is based on the etymology of the concept’s «glyph» and «therapy», from various fields of ancient and modern historical and cultural knowledge; he is given a psychological and pedagogical justification. As a result, a new method «Glyphotherapy» was substantiated as a set of techniques that allow through the interactive use of historical, cultural and socio-psychological potential (resource) of glyphs (hieroglyphs) of Oriental languages, as an energy-informational matrix of the universe, to perform psychological and pedagogical support: prevention, correction and rehabilitation of children and adolescents using health-preserving psychological and pedagogical technologies. The basis of the new method «glyphotherapy» in the psychotherapeutic and pedagogical process consists of universal meanings, images-ideas contained in ideographic signs of written Oriental languages — Japanese and Chinese, glyphs (hieroglyphs) and their components — traits, radicals, ideograms, pictograms, which can later be used by specialists in professional activities as a health-preserving and health-enriching technology in psychological and pedagogical support for children and adolescents, including those with disabilities of various genesis.

The article explores the principle of polarity as a law of the Universe and the creation and the principle of F. Saussure's dichotomy in linguistics on the example of the "Buddha's heart" ideographic sign of Chinese and Japanese. The hieroglyph manji 卍 is presented in examples from ancient languages to modern times, its interpretation and practical use in different cultures and eras.
