The paper studies the influence of citrate and oxalates - ions on kinetics of dissolution of manganese dioxide. It is found that the speed of dissolution increases along with concentration of citric and oxalic acids. Orders on citrate and to oxalates - ions are designed. The empirical formulas describing dependence of speed of dissolution from concentration of the specified acids are offered. In order to obtain the optimal modes of leaching of manganous oxide from anthropogenic raw material the authors investigate the influence рН on the speed of MnO2 dissolution in oxalic acid.
The article examines the use of mathematical editor MathCad, extending the scientific side of the discipline "Chemistry" for students of engineering specialties MSTU "MAMI". The authors give the examples of the use of this mathematical product in the laboratory workshops. Effective change of their content based on modern methods of investigation is shown. This method is the simulation of physical and chemical processes, which makes it possible to trace the dynamics of change in motivation of students to the priority of a future profession.
The ion adsorption of cobalt (2+) on the oxide sorbents with different concentrations of the ions of Co 2+ and pH has been experimentally studied. The acid-base model of adsorption, which makes it possible to optimize the technological regimes of the adsorption of Co 2+ on the inorganic sorbents (Co 2 O 3 , TiO 2 , Fe 2 O 3 , Fe 3 O 4 , SiO 2 and other) has been proposed. The special feature of model is calculation the double electrical layer (DEL) at the oxide-solution border.
Keywords: double electrical layer, acid-base model, the ion adsorption of cobaltI.
Regularities of molybdenum adsorption on alumina during the processing of molybdenum catalysts for oil second-stage treatment have been considered in this work. The method of extraction of molybdenum ions from the sorbent surface to solution has been developed. The possibility of sorbent regeneration in phosphate solutions for its subsequent re-use has been proved.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
