The article presents the description and approbation experience of a mathematical model of three-level semantic representation of training signals. The results of approbation indicate a significant impact of the ternary nature of training signals on the dynamics of the changes in the verbal creativity indicator.
The relevance of environmental and economic activity requires professional training of specialists and, accordingly, new organizational and pedagogical conditions for effective education. It is also necessary to develop control and measuring materials that would have all the qualities (validity, reliability, consistency, significance and objectivity) to obtain the most reliable results in justifying the need and sufficiency of the identified conditions. The intensification of information processes in vocational education leads researchers to the need to find optimal conditions and tools to achieve pedagogical goals. Among these tools are machine learning methods and mathematical models built on their basis for quantitative assessment of the quality of vocational training in the field of environmental and economic activities. The use of the qualimetric approach in pedagogy is possible in the presence of a certain array of observational data for one or another criterion related to learning conditions, personal qualities of students, etc. The construction of an algorithmic model allows one to operate with conditions in mental experiments, test hypotheses, and since pedagogical research is quite long in time, the choice of conditions based on the most favorable forecast built using the model allows one to optimize pedagogical resources to achieve the planned results. Rational selection of effective control and measuring materials (CMMs) allows one to determine the need and sufficiency of organizational and pedagogical conditions. While mathematical modeling allows one to quickly adjust the organizational and pedagogical conditions as a set of opportunities for content, forms, teaching methods, information and communication technologies (ICTs) and CMMs used to achieve the planned educational results in the sphere of environmental and economic activity. Interpretation of the derived features in the context of the pedagogical research performed with a cross-validation accuracy of 72% made it possible to reveal the dominant significance of intersubjective connections between the disciplines studied by the sample of students in the bachelor's and master's programs. Namely, programs 44.03.04 and 44.04.04 "Professional training (by industry)", which are the most significant in terms of the formation of competence in the field of environmental and economic activities. The designed mathematical model of the Gradient Boosting Classifier allows making predictive expectations of the studied competency types and testing hypotheses for the inclusion or exclusion of certain significant organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of the educational process. A necessary and sufficient organizational and pedagogical condition for the effective formation of competence in the field of environmental and economic activity is to ensure continuity between significant disciplines and the actualization of interdisciplinary relationships based on the development of interdisciplinary courses.

The current situation of green economy digitalization actualizes the problem of developing innovative principles of professional training in universities. The key conditions for the training of highly qualified personnel in accordance with the needs of society and employers as participants of educational relations are of particular importance due to the qualimetric assessment of educational achievements of students (QAA), which has been actualized since 2000 by conceptual research within the framework of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA). The material for the study was modern approaches, algorithms and models of QAA in higher education institutions. The main methods of research were theoretical analysis of published scientific literature on the problem of digital assessment of the level of professional competence of university graduates in the field of green economy-sustainable development, primarily, their professional environmental and economic competence (PEEC) based on a ranking analysis of expert information on the impact of different factors. At the same time, the problems which are the result of multifactor dependencies typical for pedagogy are put into the structured category and the apparatus of mathematical modelling and selection of optimal solutions is scientifically grounded to solve them. The most significant pedagogical factors were selected according to their influence on the level of PEEC formation as a result of using the method of expert group evaluation and ranking the selected opinions of experts, the consistency of which was previously revealed by calculating the Kendall's concordance coefficient. The principles of the systematic approach applied in the pedagogical research, using the conceptual provisions of quantitative measurements, numerical modelling and mathematical statistics based on factor planning allowed us to present the results of the experiment to identify the final dependence of the level of PEEC formation as a regression model as the initial step in the developed platform (underlying concept) of qualimetric assessment of the dominant factors of PEEC formation. The initial principles of such a concept are formulated, providing opportunities for studying and analyzing the influence of various pedagogical factors and organizational and pedagogical conditions, choosing the ways of generating educational trajectories.
Abstract. In the paper, model for time optimization of educational process for the purposes of creativity enhancement in the course of learning by students of educational subjects is considered. Creativity enhancement is supposed to be achieved by means of expansion Keywords: creativity enhancement, expansion of modal experience, information states, patterns of internal representation, modality of educational signals IntroductionThe problem of trainee creativity enhancement has been of interest in psychology and pedagogical researches for many years [1][2][3][4].In researches [4,[5][6][7][8][9][10], interrelation of intelligence, creativity and success (learning ability) is established, these personality characteristics are considered as attributes of united individual mental resource.Researches [3, 4, 6, 8,[11][12][13] proved importance of individual psycho physiological basis expansion for productive creative activity, and in papers [8,[14][15][16][17], it is shown that completing of pattern of internal perceived information representation up to subjective fullness is biologically motivated and, at the same time, it is a necessary condition for resolving of internal contradiction of the creative task.Earlier, we proposed a provision about creativity enhancement by means of expansion of trainee modal experience [18].Considering impact of set of information signals modality on the trainee in educational process corresponds to the idea of creative field [5] and, for pedagogical purposes, can be converted into empirical constructs which can be used for creativity enhancement.Integration of Russian education system into global educational space, including Russia's full participation in Bologna process, enables transition from traditional Russian "lifewide education" paradigm to a new concept of "continuing education throughout life" which is "lifelong education".Recent socioeconomic transformations in Russia have brought to focus the problem of professional training quality improvement as well as maintaining trans-border education to provide interaction between the working world of and the world of education. The problem solution determines changes in existing professional training system in Russia, actualizes the concept of competency-based approach in professional development, and causes evolutionary shifts in training management. This approach can open the door to a multitude of new opportunities for the development of innovations in educational establishments which include acquisition of competency-based pedagogical and management technologies, developing practical-oriented approach through combination of professional and educational activities, and use of efficient ways of knowledge generation and transfer based on innovative approaches.
