Introduction. Network economy does not reduce the flow of economic crimes: forgery of facsimile signatures, unauthorized intrusion into state secrets, etc. use the Internet along with law enforcement terrorists. It is safe to say that each positive aspect of the digitalization of society is opposed by the corresponding negative. In most developed countries, a system of measures to minimize the "digital inequality" of property differentiation is being developed to strengthen stability and good governance. Research methodology. In our opinion, the analysis of the Genesis of the environmental representations would be incomplete without a reflection of the number of directions of ecological-economic thought, are grouped in accordance with the interpretation of the causes of predatory attitudes towards natural environment and ways of Pro-ecological transformation of the socioeconomic systems. Research result. In the last quarter of the twentieth century, the world scientific community is increasingly turning to the need to rethink views on development, to demonstrate moral wisdom in relation to nature, and to consider the technological sphere only as an important element in solving environmental problems. Discussion of results. In the digital environment, you need to define clearly oriented further azimuth environmental and economic development, the urgent change process priorities in the field of ecology and management, choose a new paradigm that will be accepted by the majoritythe concept of "environmental management" (D.S. Gordeeva, A.A. Salamatov).
Introduction. In modern Russia, the environmental problems affected all developing countries are growing and the postponement of these problems could lead to economic collapse. The fundamental transformation of social and economic institutions is necessary to avoid environmental degradation. Primarily, science requires a transition to a paradigm, which integrates economic well-being and environmental security of current and future generations. The translator of such synthesis can and should be a vocational training system. The aim of the present article is to demonstrate and justify the model of ecological and economic value orientations formation in vocational education members; since this model ensures integrity, systemacity, continuity of work and parity of actions of all participants in the educational process.Methodology and research methods. The design of the model was based on holistic, synergistic and professiographic approaches. The principles of personal targeting, self-reflection, ecosinergism and continuity were applied. Reflexive analysis was the leading method in the research. Results and scientific novelty. The authors give the definition of ecological and economic value orientations, considering them as formations in the structure of individual consciousness, which are subjective ideal samples and objective bases of responsible ecological and economic activity of the individual, social institutions and production enterprises. However, the formation and development of such orientations in the vocational education system is very difficult without the certain economic order to train specialists in order to make cost-effective and moral focused on environmental issues. Today’s graduates of non-ecological specialties have superficial ideas of the nature and its relationship with the state of society and they are practically unaware of the basics of environmental management and ecological-economic risks. In recent decades, the gap between education and scientific achievements has become increasingly obvious in the field of genetic engineering, cyber production, autotrophic and chemical-biological technologies with the use of artificially grown living systems, etc., which change initial ideas about ecology and can raise civilisation to a new level of evolution. It is necessary not only to transmit the latest discoveries and ecological knowledge to students, but also to try to change their world view by instilling ecocentric morality. In this regard, the model for ontological reflection of ecological and economic values formation has been developed. This model emphasises that professional readiness in the modern world is determined not only by a set of certain competencies, but also by the ability to analyse the whole set of external externalities to prevent environmental threats, without losing the economic benefit of activities.Practical significance. The authors believe that the introduction of a reflexive model into educational practice could be applied to train highly qualified specialists with a full range of professional competencies, value orientations and personal qualities, which correspond to the realities of unstable ecological and economic state of society.
The integration of economics and ecology is becoming a global trend, and the values of industrial civilization no longer meet the modern requirements of safe and sustainable development. Awareness of the unity and balance of socio-ecological-economic interests, which are the basis of the life of mankind, led to a fundamental idea about the transition of world-management thought to a new way of making safe environmental and economic strategic decisions, and the rejection of the old, extensive path that has not justified itself. In light of the goals and objectives of integrated environmental and economic education, it is necessary to revise generally accepted ideas about the causes of the degradation of the planet's ecosystem and the slowdown in global economic growth, which are not so much technological progress as the person himself, his personal qualities, and personality orientation, the formation of which depends on the field of education. The developed principles of integrated environmental and economic education are considered by us as an effective tool for the training of highly qualified specialists who possess the entire set of professional knowledge and value orientations that correspond to the realities of the current unstable environmental and economic state of social development.
The relevance of environmental and economic activity requires professional training of specialists and, accordingly, new organizational and pedagogical conditions for effective education. It is also necessary to develop control and measuring materials that would have all the qualities (validity, reliability, consistency, significance and objectivity) to obtain the most reliable results in justifying the need and sufficiency of the identified conditions. The intensification of information processes in vocational education leads researchers to the need to find optimal conditions and tools to achieve pedagogical goals. Among these tools are machine learning methods and mathematical models built on their basis for quantitative assessment of the quality of vocational training in the field of environmental and economic activities. The use of the qualimetric approach in pedagogy is possible in the presence of a certain array of observational data for one or another criterion related to learning conditions, personal qualities of students, etc. The construction of an algorithmic model allows one to operate with conditions in mental experiments, test hypotheses, and since pedagogical research is quite long in time, the choice of conditions based on the most favorable forecast built using the model allows one to optimize pedagogical resources to achieve the planned results. Rational selection of effective control and measuring materials (CMMs) allows one to determine the need and sufficiency of organizational and pedagogical conditions. While mathematical modeling allows one to quickly adjust the organizational and pedagogical conditions as a set of opportunities for content, forms, teaching methods, information and communication technologies (ICTs) and CMMs used to achieve the planned educational results in the sphere of environmental and economic activity. Interpretation of the derived features in the context of the pedagogical research performed with a cross-validation accuracy of 72% made it possible to reveal the dominant significance of intersubjective connections between the disciplines studied by the sample of students in the bachelor's and master's programs. Namely, programs 44.03.04 and 44.04.04 "Professional training (by industry)", which are the most significant in terms of the formation of competence in the field of environmental and economic activities. The designed mathematical model of the Gradient Boosting Classifier allows making predictive expectations of the studied competency types and testing hypotheses for the inclusion or exclusion of certain significant organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of the educational process. A necessary and sufficient organizational and pedagogical condition for the effective formation of competence in the field of environmental and economic activity is to ensure continuity between significant disciplines and the actualization of interdisciplinary relationships based on the development of interdisciplinary courses.
. Introduction. Nowadays, specialists of different scientific directions note the growing trend in the deterioration of physical and mental health of younger generation, largely resulting from the health cost of education. In this regard, it is important to develop the institution of tutoring as a pedagogical innovation, which will ensure the formation of a healthy, active, purposeful and responsible personality, who can successfully live in a rapidly changing world. The aim of the article was to identify the factors, which have to be taken into consideration, when organising and implementing master’s education in the direction “Health-Preserving Tutor”.Methodology and research methods. Leading methodological approaches, when studying future tutors’ readiness for health-preserving activities, were anthropological, personality-oriented and environmental. The authors designed the programme of complex diagnostics “Harmony”, which included the following methodologies: evaluation of satisfaction with physical condition (according to Giesener Beschwerdebogen, GBB); self-evaluation of mental state (H. J. Eysenck); “Value orientations” (M. Rokich); the Social Readjustment Rating Scale (T. Holmes, R. Rage); questionnaires “Need for tension in terms of health” (Z. I. Tyumaseva, A. A. Tsygankov, I. L. Orekhova) and “The level of development of recreational activity” (G. V. Valeeva, V. S. Misharina). Results and scientific novelty. The structure and the concepts of “tutoring” and “tutoring support in health-preserving” were specified. The components of the tutors’ readiness for health-preserving activity were revealed: psycho-emotional, psycho-physical, cognitive and value-motivational. In the course of pedagogical experiment, the factors of risks and sustainability, which influence the formation of tutors’ readiness for health-preserving activity, were identified. A diagnostic program was developed to identify the factors.Practical significance. The developed diagnostic tool can be employed when assessing the level of readiness formation for health-preserving activity among students and tutors. The materials of the research can be useful to specialists, who are engaged in vocational training of tutors, as well as to teachers, heads of educational organisations and undergraduates of pedagogical higher education institutions.
