In modern conditions, it is interesting to study foresight as an effective tool for identifying new strategic scientific directions. Its purpose is to develop an algorithm for conducting qualitative expertise in the application of the foresight methods with the ability to integrate forecast estimates. Currently, the vast majority of research activities results do not contribute to the innovative development of the state. To solve this problem, it is necessary to ensure a stable systemic relationship between specific sectors of the economy and higher education. The algorithm is developed on the basis of a systematic approach to the foresight methods and the use of the methods of bibliometrics, scientometrics, patent analysis and forecasting. The results and conclusions of this study are: an algorithm has been developed for conducting qualitative examination of the results of scientific activities in order to increase its practical significance, in which the authors propose the foresight methods as the most optimal tool for choosing priority areas of science and technology. Putting this approach into practice will make it possible to increase the efficiency of the foresight methods by both reducing time costs, and rationally using monetary and human resources.
Progressive technologies associated primarily with the use of the latest information systems are developing very quickly and are being introduced in the modern world. Recently, such phenomena as cryptocurrency and the smart contract, functioning thanks to the blockchain technology, have become very popular. The application of this technology is used in many areas: information technology, law, state, and municipal administration, etc. This article discusses the mechanisms of functioning and features of the latest Internet technologies in the context of the agro-industrial complex of Russia. Their practical significance for optimizing the relationship between the seller and the buyer has been investigated. The advantages of the blockchain for all market participants when using technology in the supply of agri-food products are justified. The research shows the possible difficulties and shortcomings of the existing content system, gives recommendations on the use of the blockchain and its evaluation for domestic producers of agricultural products. The authors propose a mechanism for using the blockchain technology in agriculture, which will change the existing practice of trade and settlement transactions between counterparties of the agricultural market.
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is one of the most promising electroactive polymers; it exhibits excellent electroactive behaviours, good biocompatibility, excellent chemical resistance, and thermal stability, rendering it an attractive material for biomedical, electronic, environmental and energy harvesting applications. This work aims to further improve its properties by the inclusion of powders of piezoactive materials. Polyvinylidene fluoride was formed by electrospinning into fibres with a thickness of 1.5-0.3 µm and then examined in a scanning electron microscope. The work offers a description of the current procedure in the preparation of samples and their modification for examination in a scanning electron microscope, characterizes the individual components of doped fibres and deals with specific instruments used for various analytical methods. The work contains a theoretical introduction to the analytical methods to which the samples will be further subjected, such as energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The obtained excellent properties of doped PVDF could be used in the design of sensors.
The article is a description of the Power Query technology training methodology implemented within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education 3++ taking into account professional standards in the direction of the bachelor’s program “Business Informatics”. The authors propose a set of laboratory works in the form of situational tasks and cases that allow to create professional competencies and labor functions of a future specialist (business analyst) as part of the development of the ETL process for processing data using Power Query technology. The use of situational tasks and cases allows to effectively implement the development of a set of professional competencies, which are elements of generalized labor functions, without tying the material in question specifically to any discipline. As part of the implementation of situational tasks and cases described in the article, bachelors not only learn to use the basic elements of Power Query technology, but also gain the skills and abilities associated with the application of the studied technology in performing standard professional tasks stipulated by a professional standard. The format for describing the methodology is presented in the form of the traditional “Key-by-Key” technology, widely used in obtaining professional IT competencies.
Artificial intelligence as a simulator of human behavior and thinking emerged as a result of machine learning. Through AI, they recognize and interpret data, on the basis of which programs of various types of activities are subsequently built. The rapid introduction of artificial intelligence-based technologies into the economic and social spheres of the international community has not been left out of the United Nations’ view from the point of view of using the capabilities of digital computers to solve problems at the level of intelligent beings in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development. The article discusses the specific aspects of I, the application of which will make the process of achieving the SDGs more effective and of high-quality.
The second decade of the twenty-first century was a turning point when the leaders of the largest and most developed countries began to talk about a gradual transition from traditional energy sources to renewable ones. This decision was made in connection with the growth of carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere, and, as a consequence, an increase in the temperature of the lower layers of the atmosphere due to the greenhouse effect. The purpose of the study is to identify effective practices and prospects for the development of green energy in Russia through a comparative analysis of trends and conditions for supporting the production of renewable energy in the country. The study was carried out using methods of descriptive statistics analysis and comparative analysis, graphical and tabular visualization of the results. Sources used include data from the International Energy Agency, independent information, and an analytical center under the Government of the Russian Federation.
