In this study, a review of the future of VR technologies for digital tourism alternatives will be presented. The general purpose of the research is to contribute to VR technologies, which are developing and integrating with new systems with each passing day from the point of view of providing a general perspective in tourism. VR application information to deepen understanding of the scope of the digital future of tourism alternatives will be presented in a systematic framework. In general, VR technologies express the behavioral experiences of individuals in virtual environments. When tourism and VR technologies are combined, the composition of the product in which these virtual experiences are directed towards a purpose emerges. Every new development that occurs from a technological point of VR technology will make it possible to be used in every field of tourism. The contribution of this research is to provide suggestions for future studies as well as practical implications for the tourism industry regarding VR systems, which are among the digital tourism alternatives.
Destinasyon çekiciliği konusunda mutfak kültürü önemli bir unsur olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Araştırmanın konusu, bir kentin mutfak kültürünün destinasyon çekiciliği ve kentin tanıtımı açısından öneminin belirlenmesi üzerine kurgulanmıştır. Bu amaçla geleneksel mutfağa ait özelliklerin destinasyon pazarlamasında nasıl kullanılabileceğine dair alan araştırması yapılması ön görülmüştür. Bunun için farklı kültürleri içinde barındıran Sakarya ili tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmada detaylı bilgi edinebilmek için nitel araştırma tekniklerinden derinlemesine görüşme yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Bu konuda tanıtımda önemli rolü olduğu düşünülen ve müşteri sirkülasyonu fazla olan birinci sınıf restoranların yöneticileriyle görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda, geleneksel mutfak kültürüne has birçok yiyecek-içeceğin tercih edilme oranının oldukça yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Geleneksel mutfak kültürü ile önemli düzeyde bir destinasyon çekiciliğine sahip olduğu anlaşılan Sakarya ilinin destinasyon pazarlaması kapsamındaki potansiyelinin değerlendirilmesine dair tavsiyelerde bulunulmuştur.

Quality Function Deployment refers to the development of quality functions that transform customer demands into design goals for tourism businesses and ensure that this understanding is used at every stage of team process. It also includes a coordinated team process that enables the creation of characteristic solution methods by dividing each stage of the product/service development process into sections. Since this method, which can be adapted to many types of businesses, can turn customer demands into business voice, its use in the tourism industry has gained importance in recent years.
