Destinasyon Pazarlamasında Mutfak Kültürünün Rolü: Sakarya Örneği (The Role of Cuisine Culture in Destination Marketing: Sakarya Case)

Abstract: Destinasyon çekiciliği konusunda mutfak kültürü önemli bir unsur olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Araştırmanın konusu, bir kentin mutfak kültürünün destinasyon çekiciliği ve kentin tanıtımı açısından öneminin belirlenmesi üzerine kurgulanmıştır.
