La motivación juega un papel de mucha importancia para lograr el desarrollo exitoso de las clases de inglés. Convirtiéndose en una necesidad pedagógica cuyo objetivo es exponer vías que motiven al docente de inglés al mejor ejercicio de su labor educativa, para que este a su vez utilice esa motivación como medio ineludible en el diseño de sus horas de clases estimuladoras basadas en la realidad de sus estudiantes. Por lo que el uso de técnicas fomente y contribuyan a elevar el grado de interés por lo novedoso en el área de enseñanza aprendizaje causando una actitud positiva de los docentes al momento de impartir las clases, por ende, la actitud de los estudiantes frente al idioma inglés.
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las técnicas pedagógicas interactivas en el mejoramiento de la comprensión lectora de textos técnicos en inglés para los estudiantes de tercer nivel de la Escuela de Ingeniería Industrial de la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo de la ciudad de Riobamba, Provincia de Chimborazo, con el fin de evidenciar la importancia que tiene el aprendizaje del idioma inglés en los futuros profesionales mediante el uso de estas técnicas para ser reclutados en los puestos laborales al considerar requisito indispensable el dominio del idioma inglés para su reclutamiento. La investigación diseñada es no experimental, se emplea metodología de tipo aplicada, correlacional, de campo y bibliográfica. Los métodos utilizados para el proceso investigativo fueron el científico, analítico-sintético y estadístico. Para la recolección de la información se empleó la encuesta y la entrevista como instrumentos. La población de estudio lo conforman autoridades, docentes y estudiantes; aplicando la encuesta a 104 estudiantes los cuales en su mayoría pertenecen a la Región Costa y Amazonia del tercer nivel que constituyen la población total y la entrevista a 5 docentes de inglés de la mencionada escuela y a 4 autoridades de la institución. Para el procesamiento de los datos se utilizó la estadística descriptiva e inferencial, en donde al tabular la información se evidenció la deficiencia de lectura en inglés de los estudiantes; también se determinó que los maestros conocen poco sobre técnicas interactivas y la necesidad de contar con una guía que contenga este tipo de técnicas. Para la validación y confianza de los instrumentos aplicados se usó el juicio de las expertas en el área de inglés. Como apoyo al proceso investigativo se diseñó una guía con técnicas interactivas, concluyendo que el uso de esta guía didáctica contribuirá positivamente en el aprendizaje del Idioma Inglés de los estudiantes.
El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre la competencia léxica en inglés mediante el uso de la estrategia Chunking Flashcards, se enfatiza la importancia que tiene este estudio al convertirse en un aporte metodológico por lo que permite facilitar una comunicación interactiva entre estudiantes mejorando la destreza oral a través de la incrementación de vocabulario y en corto tiempo. El objetivo es evidenciar la incidencia que tiene en el desarrollo de la destreza cognitiva. La metodología con la que se trabajó fue el método explicativo, con un enfoque cuali-cuanlitativo y cuantitativo, de tipo cuasi experimental. La población objeto de estudio son 53 estudiantes de la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo, divididos en dos grupos que fueron debidamente constituidos. Se aplicó la técnica de prueba con el modelo Pre-test Post-test. El cuestionario fue el instrumento utilizado y aplicado como prueba de conocimiento al inicio y al final de la intervención tanto al grupo de control como al experimental. Para la validación de estos instrumentos se empleó el coeficiente del Alfa de Cronbach; éste permitió medir su nivel de confianza y fiabilidad. Las tablas de frecuencia determinaron el grado de dispersión. La toma de decisiones se realizó en base a la diferencia de medias existentes en los grupos. Se concluye que en el desarrollo de la intervención durante el proceso de experimentación con la aplicación de la estrategia Chunking Flaschcards como una nueva tendencia en la enseñanza del idioma ingles se evidenció un alto nivel de motivación y mayor participación interactiva docente Chunking estudiante, que a más de incrementar su competencia lexical mejoro el interés por aprender el idioma Inglés, y que el uso de la estrategia Chunking Flashcards incide positivamente en el desarrollo de la competencia léxica del Idioma Inglés.
El proceso de aprendizaje del inglés como lengua extranjera generalmente se da dentro del aula de clase, lugar en el cual se realizan diferentes actividades de tipo controladas, pese a que este proceso se da en su mayor parte en el ámbito educativo, los estudiantes pueden alcanzar un alto grado de desarrollo del idioma inglés, al tener la oportunidad de aprender durante su formación, y escasamente en otro tipo de actividades, sin embargo limita en ciertas ocasiones a que el estudiante pueda finalmente ser capaz de comunicarse en este idioma, dado que se reducen el número de veces de la práctica del idioma fuera del aula de clases. Pese a este limitante el aprendizaje del idioma inglés, se relaciona con la revisión de bibliografía básica que se encuentra en inglés de las distintas carreras, así como la información expuesta en internet; constituyéndose la enseñanza universitaria en el último peldaño hacia la profesionalización, relevancia que se da desde el punto de vista escolar para que los estudiantes alcancen un correcto dominio de este idioma. La importancia que tiene el aprendizaje del inglés como lengua extranjera es vital para el desempeño correcto del proceso de enseñanza para una educación de calidad, accesible a todos; delineado para apoyar a los estudiantes contribuyendo a su bienestar en el que pueden alcanzar su pleno potencial, en donde está determinada por varios factores físicos, psicológicos y sociales. Cuando hablamos de diseñar el entorno educativo, no sólo consiste en organizar el espacio, sino también en diseñar cuidadosamente el tiempo para las diferentes actividades, los materiales que vamos a utilizar, las características de nuestros estudiantes considerando sus edades y que las actividades que planteemos no varíen significativamente de su entorno familiar y cultural, así como sus características psicoevolutivas.
El artículo está dedicado a la tecnología del uso de ejercicios comunicativos en la enseñanza de la lectura, que ayudan a enseñar a los estudiantes cómo trabajar con textos de diferentes géneros y desarrollar y mejorar esta habilidad. La referencia repetida al texto de acuerdo con esta tecnología desarrolla no solo la capacidad de leer, sino que también le permite alcanzar su comprensión a nivel de significado. Este artículo corresponde a una propuesta considerando una serie de ejercicios comunicativos diseñados para trabajar con textos de diferente tipo y contribuir no solo a la comprensión de lo leído, sino también a la expresión del habla de alta calidad con la expresión de la propia opinión. La experiencia de organizar el trabajo independiente en inglés como lengua extranjera en el nivel 0 - B1, a través las tecnologías informáticas utilizando para ello: parte de las ayudas didácticas electrónicas disponibles en la red de datos. El cambio en el número de horas de carga académica disponible para el aula de clases requiere la actualización y creación de materiales didácticos electrónicos. Por otra parte, la competencia comunicativa de los universitarios en el estudio de una lengua extranjera, empleando métodos innovadores para pronunciar correctamente la lengua inglesa, en esta etapa importante de aprendizaje para la generación de enunciados en forma dialógica como monológica, mediante ejemplos con los que se puede construir una guía didáctica para el manejo de cada tema contemplado en el currículo de inglés.
