With the in-depth reform of the power industry, the reliability index evaluation system of the distribution network has become an important direction for the research of my country’s distribution network. Firstly, the load points are classified based on the power supply information of the distribution network, and the power supply reliability indicators of the system and consumers are established. Secondly, a comprehensive evaluation system of distribution network indicators is established based on the entropy weight-analytic hierarchy process with maximum deviation. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation index results are used to establish a distribution network reliability incremental cost calculation model, and the distribution network reliability electricity price that takes into account the differentiated reliability requirements is obtained. The analysis of calculation examples shows that the proposed evaluation system can obtain comprehensive reliability evaluation indicators with subjective and objective evaluation. And the results can be applied to reliability electricity price calculation to obtain reliability electricity prices that take into account both reliability and economy.
Aiming at the problem of economic operation of multiple microgrids system, a coordinated optimized operation method of multiple microgrids in integrated energy system based on alliance theory was proposed. Firstly, energy storage station was introduced into multiple microgrids optimal scheduling, the energy flow relationship between various links was studied, and an economic optimal dispatch model was established under the alliance mode of multiple microgrids and energy storage station; Secondly, constructed a Shapely value benefits distribution mechanism to carry out the initial benefits distribution of the alliance and the secondary distribution of the multiple microgrids internal benefits. Finally, taking a typical daily scenario as an example, the optimal operation scheduling strategy of multiple microgrids with the participation of energy storage station was obtained. The results showed that the method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the benefits of all participants and ensure the economic operation of multiple microgrids, at the same time, it realized the full consumption of renewable energy.
Considering the configuration of emergency power supply in the distribution network and the differentiated reliability requirements of end users, the optimization planning model is proposed in this paper, which can harmonize economy and reliability. The model aims at the optimal total cost of the distribution network, considers the user’s differentiated reliability indicators, solves the results of the location and capacity of distributed power sources and emergency power configuration. Finally, the optimal solution is selected by the particle swarm algorithm into the program. Three scenarios are set on the IEEE-33 node system for simulation testing. The results show that this method can effectively meet the consequence.
