Information technology course features decide that its construction and implementation have strong dependence on facilities and equipments. In China, the development of material and technical conditions is uneven; this condition makes the attempts that through a set of information technology teaching material adapt to all the demand of all areas unrealistic. The existing information technology teaching materials are mostly written based on the relatively developed areas' facilities and equipment conditions, so there is much inadaptability for undeveloped areas.
Currently, the construction of information technology textbooks in the primary and middle schools is an important content of the information technology curriculum reform.
