Standar Pelayanan Minimal adalah ketentuan mengenai jenis dan mutu pelayanan dasar yang merupakan urusan pemerintahan wajib yang berhak diperoleh setiap warga negara secara minimal. SPM merupakan ketentuan mengenai jenis dan mutu pelayanan dasar yang merupakan urusan pemerintahan wajib yang berhak diperoleh setiap warga negara secara minimal. Setiap warga negara sesuai dengan kodratnya berkewajiban untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar hidupnya dengan memanfaatkan seluruh potensi manusiawi yang dimilikinya. Sebaliknya Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah berkewajiban menjamin agar setiap warga negara dapat menggunakan haknya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya tanpa hambatan atau halangan dari pihak manapun ( Dinkes Lombok Tengah ). rumusan masalah pengabdian ini adalah “Bagaimana Cara Penguatan Kemitraan Dengan Kader Kesehatan Dalam Pencapaian Standar Pelayanan Minimal Program Kesehatan Untuk Meningkatkan Kesehatan Ibu Dan Anak Di Wilayah Desa Binaan Poltekkes Kemenkes Makassar” Kegiatan Pengabmas ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kemitraan dengan kader kesehatan di wilayah desa binaan Poltekkes Kemenkes Makassar dan untuk meningkatkan tingkat partisipasi dan peran serta kader dan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan gerakan masyarakat hidup sehat ( germas ).Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kegiatan yang mencoba untuk memperkuat kerja sama dengan kader kesehatan, pemerintah daerah Kecamatan Mamajang dan Kecamatan Biringkanaya dengan Poltekkes Kemenkes Makassar yang diikat melalui perjanjian kerjasama ( MOU ) sehingga kegiatan – kegiatan poltekkes yang terkait dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bisa dilakukan di wilayah yang menjadi daerah binaan Poltekkes Kemenkes Makassar dalam hal meningkatkan pencapaian standar pelayanan minimal program kesehatan untuk mewujudkan tercapainya Program Indonesia Sehat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan membawa hal positif kepada masyarakat melihat cukup antusiasnya para kader mengikuti kegiatan ini, sehingga harapannya meningkatnya derajat kesehatan dan status gizi masyarakat melalui upaya kesehatan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang didukung dengan pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan.Kata Kunci : Standart Pelayanan Minimal, SPM, Germas, Keluarga Sehat.

Assisted solutions of machine learning provide data-driven prediction at core level areas of medical analysis, fraud detection & disease detection, etc. to predict solutions with explainable intelligence. Assisting solutions with more data-driven explainable solutions, during performance of advanced machine learning has created an advanced methodology of generating white box solutions out of the black box interpretation. Explainable artificial intelligence, which gives superior and solution-based AI is not only providing optimal solutions but also provides an impactful decision-making solution. The approach of explainable artificial intelligence being used here represents and mediate assessment for ML algorithms to predict accurate results. Innovation and development, whereby can be identifies via the various innovation indicators, where patents are one of the important solution providers on way for futuristic technology and innovation solution. Patent expansion potentials have been initially proposed by prediction and forecasting of patents, to be considered in identifying technology trends and improving policy decision-making. Now in this paper standardised use of patent values extracted from Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) database of patents for India have been taken to represent technological mandate.
Research and development is recognized as one of the important factors in sustainable development goals (SDG − 9) to build resilient infrastructure, promote sustainable industrialization and foster innovation. The global Expenditure on Research and Development (GERD) is one of the essentially derived indicators. Research and Development of any country is pretentiously affected by the sincere contribution of global expenditure on research and development (GERD) and number of the researchers in R&D employed in research activities. It is known that the innovation index is the measure of any country’s global expenditure on research and development (GERD) and its contribution to developmental research, along with its support in other contributive factors of the innovation index. To support this kind of index-based study limited data is present nowadays which is not supportive of the design of policy scenarios and technology development models. For the sake of data assessment, machine learning is nowadays playing a crucial role, and therefore in this paper we have studied various machine learning models but henceforth used the ARIMA model to study the impact of data variables and its time series forecasting. In our study, a comprehensive R&D spending estimate and its correlation with other variables reveal that the midst of the global GERD shuffle has to be re-formed to escalate profound domestic research in elaborated terms.
