O presente estudo é baseado na teoria do Marketing Interno (MI) e sua aplicação por meio da Orientação para o Mercado Interno (OMI) no contexto do serviço público. O objetivo é identificar quais fatores da OMI afetam a satisfação dos servidores de uma instituição de ensino pública de forma a contribuir com as políticas públicas. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, com corte transversal e abordagem quantitativa. A investigação empírica ocorreu a partir de um questionário estruturado com base no modelo de Gounaris (2006), respondido por 405 servidores da instituição de ensino estudada. Os resultados obtidos apresentaram que o serviço público tem baixa orientação para o mercado interno, mostrando que satisfação no trabalho e OMI são conceitos inter-relacionados, mas que, para o serviço público, existem outras variáveis que impactam na satisfação, porém não estão contempladas no modelo. Dos 10 fatores testados, apenas os seguintes mostraram-se significativos para satisfação do servidor: Comunicação interna com os colaboradores; Comunicação interna entre gerentes e Atenção aos grupos com necessidades comuns.
O presente estudo tem como objetivo identificar quais são as contribuições da aplicação da metodologia ativa, Aprendizagem Baseada em Projetos (ABP,) na aprendizagem, no desenvolvimento de habilidades e na formação profissional dos alunos em curso de Bacharel em Administração. Realizou-se estudo empírico qualitativo, por meio de um questionário aberto, que gerou um corpus de análise textual tratado pela técnica de análise de conteúdo. Ao todo participaram do estudo 19 alunos que desenvolveram a metodologia ABP no semestre. Dentre os principais resultados, observa-se que houve contribuições da ABP para a aprendizagem dos alunos nas áreas conceituais, procedimentais e atitudinais da disciplina. Quanto ao desenvolvimento de habilidades pelos alunos, todas as listadas em estudos anteriores foram desenvolvidas durante o processo, porém, as mais recorrentes foram: Comunicação; Trabalho em Equipe; Planejamento/Organização; Tomar Decisões; Resolução de Problemas; Relacionamento Interpessoal. Além disso, também foi possível confirmar o impacto positivo na formação profissional do aluno, preparando-o para o mercado de trabalho. O estudo contribuiu para validar as contribuições que a utilização da metodologia da ABP possui, em especial no ensino da administração, principalmente em disciplinas com escopo teórico.

O objetivo do artigo é identificar e comparar as subdimensões da OMI que afetam a satisfação no trabalho de docentes e do pessoal administrativo em uma instituição de ensino pública. Revisou-se a literatura sobre MI e OMI, especialmente dentro do contexto educacional. A pesquisa teve abordagem quantitativa e descritiva. A amostra foi de 624 funcionários que responderam a um questionário baseado no modelo de Gounaris (2006). Os resultados demonstraram que as duas carreiras analisadas possuem visões diferentes da organização ao que se refere à OMI, sendo que apenas uma subdimensão: Comunicação entre gestores e funcionários foi significativa na satisfação do trabalho de ambas carreiras. Porém, para o pessoal administrativo outras três subdimensões: Treinamento, Atenção aos grupos com necessidades comuns e Identificação das necessidades do cliente interno mostraram serem significativas. Em suma, existem variavéis comuns que afetam a satisfação das diferentes carreiras, porém algumas variaveis afetam apenas um grupo.
