<p align="justify">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen tes diagnostik <em>Four Tier Test</em> untuk mendiagnostik pengubahan konseptual siswa pada materi getaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 3D. Model pengembangan 3D terdiri atas 3 tahap yaitu: 1) <em>Define </em>(Pendefinisian), 2) <em>Design </em>(Perancangan), dan 3) <em>Develop </em>(Pengembangan). Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa lembar penilaian kualitas instrumen tes untuk ahli materi dan ahli evaluasi. Penilaian kualitas produk menggunakan skala <em>likert </em>dengan 5 skala yang dibuat dalam bentuk <em>checklist</em>. Adapun hasil penelitian yang dikembangkan adalah instrumen tes VCCI (<em>Vibration Conceptual Change Inventory</em>) bentuk <em>four tier test </em>untuk mendiagnostik pengubahan konseptual siswa. Instrumen tes diagnostik VCCI ini terdiri dari 6 butir soal. Validasi butir soal meliput validitas isi yang ditinjau dari aspek materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa/budaya, serta kesesuiaian antara soal-soal dalam tes dengan indikator yang diperoleh dari pertimbangan para dosen ahli. Berdasarkan validitas isi tersebut, 6 soal dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan dengan validitas rata-rata untuk aspek materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa/budaya adalah 0,99. Sedangkan validitas rata-rata untuk kesesuaian antara indikator dengan soal dan kesesuaian antara soal dengan aspek kognitif masing-masing sebesar 0,94 dan 0,89. Dari hasil validitas tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa instrumen tes diagnostik VCCI bentuk <em>Four Tier Test</em> yang dikembangkan valid dan sangat layak digunakan untuk mendiagnostik pengubahan konseptual siswa pada materi getaran.</p>
The purpose of this research is to identify and characterize the influence of teacher professionalism in increasing learning quality at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Lago in Banyuasin Regency. This is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. The following data gathering methods were used: (1) observation; (2) interviews; and (3) documentation. Techniques for analyzing research data include (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) data verification/conclusion. According to the study's findings, the role of teacher professionalism in improving the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Lago, Banyuasin Regency can be described as active, with teachers planning ahead of time in preparing lesson plans, carrying out learning in accordance with the established curriculum, and referring to the Minister Regulation, where the educational process leads to a character approach using a contextual approach. Furthermore, every mid-semester, every semester, the instructor reviews the learning outcomes.
The conflict in the plantation sector involving the community and the company in the Senama Nenek Village occurred because of a dispute of an area of ??± 2,800 hectares which had been acknowledged by both parties, the people of Grandma Senama Village and PTPN V Sei Kencana. This difference in opinion caused the public to make complaints to local governments. This study aims to overcome plantation conflicts and describe plantation conflicts that occur between the people of Senama Nenek Village and PTPN V Sei Kencana. The key informants of this study found 16 people consisting of 12 key informants from the community and 4 key informants from stakeholders. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis with triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the parties involved in mapping the plantation conflict consisted of the Senama Nenek Village government, the Tapung Hulu District Government, the Kampar Regency and Riau Province Plantation Service, the Kampar Regency, and Riau Province Land Agency, the Kampar Regency Government, the Kampar Regency DPRD. , the Regent of Kampar, the Regional Government of Riau Province, the Governor of Riau, the Ministry of SOEs, and the President of the Republic of Indonesia. The plantation conflict that occurred among the community, company, and local government is related to the use of custom land covering an area of ??2,800 ha. Both parties continue to carry out activities even though they recognize each other's land ownership. Lately, the warring parties have returned to normal because the disputes between the parties can be resolved thanks to the leadership of the Ninik Mamak figures and the group board from the company.
Career decision-making was an important step for high school students. In career decision-making should also be adapted to the capabilities of the students themselves. This research aimed at knowing the influence of utilization of Super theory on Placement and Distribution service toward student career decision-making at Vocational High School of Multi Mekanik Masmur Pekanbaru students. Quantitative method was used in this research with simple linear regression data analysis technique. The eleventh-grade students were the population of this research. Simple random sampling technique was used in this research. Questionnaire and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data. The requirements to use simple linear regression analysis were implemented. The results of this study there is the influence of variable X on variable Y can be seen by looking at the value of R Squere which is 0.157 which means that the variable X to the variable Y is 15.7%. In other words, the use of the Super theory in placement and channeling services has a 15.7% effect on career decision making for students of the Multi Mechanic Vocational High School of the Masmur Pekanbaru, and 84.3% was influenced by other factors. It was recommended to the next researchers to study about other variables, except the variable studied.
