Pengorganisasian (organizing) merupakan langkah kedua dalam manajemen organisasi setelah perencanaan (planning). Perencanaan yang matang tidak akan berjalan sempurna, tanpa ada yang menjalankan dan menggerakkan, tanpa diperjelas pekerjaan dan siapa yang akan mengerjakannya. Pengorganisasian yang baik menghasilkan bentukorganisasi yang baik, mulai dari sistem kerja, struktur, sumberdaya hingga aspek lainnya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang: 1) Manajemen pengorganisasian dalam program bahasa Arab Pondok pesantren Salaf, 2) Pembagian tugas dalam pengorganisasian program bahasa Arab Pondok pesantren Salaf. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung ke salah satu guru yang mengajar di pondok tersebut.Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan analisis data dengan: a) reduksi data, b) penyajian data, c) penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa 1)Manajemen pengorganisasian yang dimiliki program bahasa Arab Pondok pesantren Salaf menggunakan sistem koordinasi bisa dilihat dari tugas manager dibawah naungan ketua umum, setelah berkoordinasi dengan staf (koord. Per departemen), dan pada masing-masing program yang ada pada departemen bahasa Arab tersebut karena pada program bahasa Arab maupun organisasi secara umum memiliki model struktur garis dan staf (line and staf organization). 2) Pembagian tugas pengurus dan pengajar merekrut dari para siswa-siswa pengabdian, mahasiswa, alumni, guru atau dosen yang bertugas di yayasan. Para pengurus pada program bahasa Arab mendapat tanggungjawab dan wewenang pada sistem keorganisasian pada program bahasa Arab
The emergence of pesantrens that paid more attention to the Arabic language brings new hope in its development in Indonesia. Various Arabic programs are planned to improve the students’ abilities in Arabic language. However, many Arabic programs do not work well because of the lack of ability to implement the program. The implementation has an important function in realizing the program that has been prepared. This implementation at least included leadership, communication, and supervision. The purpose of this research was to find an effective model of Arabic program implementation in modern boarding school. The method used was qualitative descriptive. The results showed that leadership, communication, and supervision determine whether or not the program was running.
An online-based kalam learning program at al-Azhar course institution, which has been implementing an online Arabic language program since before the pandemic of the Covid-19, was the primary focus of this study, which examines the execution of this program during the pandemic. These findings are the result of a form of a qualitative study. Interviews, observation, and documentation are employed to gather data. The data sources for this research include various informants, the implementation process of the online Kallimni program, and al-Azhar course institution papers linked to the online Kallimni program. When it came to analyzing the data, the researchers followed Miles and Huberman's recommendations to reduce the data, visualize it, and make conclusions. Using WhatsApp and Instagram, the online Kallimni program could well be implemented. In this online Kallimni program, the learning is project-based and themed. The online Kallimni program included both motivating and stifling features identified by the researchers. As a result of this study, teachers and students must engage in conversation to master the speaking skill (mahÄrah kalÄm). Teachers should thus use additional technologies as Google meet, Zoom, or Skype to help students learn speaking skills (mahÄrah kalÄm) more diversely and visibly.
Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) are growing in the world of education. Pesantren also has various programs proclaimed to develop the Arabic language, so many programs aim to improve Arabic language skills at the As-Salam Kampar Islamic boarding school. As for the program's implementation, namely communication, leadership, and supervision. This study aims to analyze and find a model for implementing language programs in Pondok Pesantren Assalam Kampar. This research used descriptive qualitative, where the instrument is the researchers as a human instrument. At the same time, the data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and validity techniques using triangulation. The researchers have interviews with the principal related to the management of the implementation of the Arabic language program at Pondok Pesantren Assalam Kampar; communication, leadership, and supervision that the principal had carried out in running the Arabic language program. The results showed; 1) the communication is input and output in the program management process, where communication is identical with social interaction; in this case, the communication process carried out by the chairman is bottom-up communication; 2) The leadership is intended to influence a group. Towards the achievement of goals, it is also implemented in the form of participatory leadership. 3) At the same time, supervision which implies looking very carefully at work as a whole, is also carried out in this Pesantren, the form of democratic supervision.
