This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of KFC Pettarani employees either partially or simultaneously. The number of respondents in this study were 44 KFC Pettarani employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The collection of data used is a questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The analytical method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis which previously carried out validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test.The results showed that partially financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.005 (<0.05). While non-financial compensation partially has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.295 (> 0.05). As for simultaneously, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.000.
This study aims to test whether the variables have an effect on employee performance at UD Tiga Putra. The population in this study is a total of 32 employees of UD Tiga Putra, while the sample in this study using the saturated sample technique will be found 32 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data collected is then entered into a simple linear regression equation. The findings in this study indicate that partially the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD Tiga Putra in Bulukumba Regency. Hence, every time there is an increase in leadership it will improve employee performance and vice versa. So that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that companies need to maintain a leadership strategy by receiving good suggestions, paying attention to employees and not only the company and employee involvement in the company's decision-making process as a step in improving employee performance. In addition, UD Tiga Putra needs to improve on leadership in making decisions that must be carried out absolutely by employees, because this will have an impact on suppressing employees which will make the employee's performance decrease.

Study this use Approach descriptive. Population study this is whole passenger’s camp. Sangke Palangga in the harbour crossing Bira-Jampea-Labuan Bajo PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) branch Selayar a total of 14,736 people were taken from 2020 to with 2021 on period the covid-19 pandemic. And samples on study this is 100 people. Technique data collection carried out with share questionnaire. The technique of data analysis used is analysis multiple linear regression with use Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) version 13. The results of study this show that variable proof physical there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable reliability there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable power responsive there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable guarantee there is influence positive and significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable empathy there is influence positive and s significant in a manner Partial to satisfaction passenger. Variable proof physical, reliability, power response, guarantee and empathy there is influence positive and significant in a manner simultaneous to satisfaction passenger.
This study aims to (1) determine the effect of satisfaction on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (3) determine the effect of satisfaction and work discipline jointly on employee performance at the National Land Agency in Makassar City . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 63 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance, t count > t table where 3.434 > from t table of 1.671. The work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance because the value of t count > t table is where 5.056 > from T table of 1.671. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at the Makassar City National Land Agency. Therefore, if Satisfaction and Work Discipline are continuously improved, then of course performance will be more optimal.
This study aims to (1) determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of employee commitment on employee performance, (3) determine the effect of job satisfaction and employee commitment jointly on employee performance at the Makassar City Social Service . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 69 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the variable Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t count of 2.964 > t table of 1.996. The Employee Commitment variable has a significant effect with a t count of 2.943 > t table of 1.996. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at the Makassar City Social Service. Therefore, if job satisfaction and employee commitment continue to be improved, it will certainly increase employee performance.
