To achieve sustainability in the field of civil engineering, there has become a great interest in developing reactive powder concrete RPC through the use of environmentally friendly materials to reduce the release of CO2 gas produced from cement factories as well as contribute to the recycling of industrial wastes that have a great impact on environmental pollution.
In this study, reactive powder concrete was prepared using total binder content of 800 kg/m3, water to binder ratio (0.275), and micro steel fibers 1% by volume of concrete. The experimental program included replacing fly ash with (8, 12, 16) % by cement weight to find the optimal ratio, which achieved the best mechanical properties of (RPC) at 7, 28, and 90 days with standard curing. Some mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete (flow, compressive strength, tensile strength, and density) were verified. The results at 28 days showed that the compressive strength (96.5) Mpa, tensile strength (9.38) Mpa, and density (2395 kg/m3). The results showed that the percentage of replacement of 8% of fly ash with cement is the optimal percentage, which achieved the highest resistance compared to the others. The results also indicated that it is possible to develop RPC using fly ash with a high withstand stress, tensile strength, and density.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Mata Pelajaran Las Busur Manual (SMAW) Di SMKN 3 Gowa. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran teaching factory dan variabel terikatnya adalah motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI mata pelajaran las busur manual (SMAW) di SMKN 3 Gowa. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Jurusan Teknik Pengelasan di SMKN 3 Gowa yang terdiri dari 41 siswa. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil sebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Peneliti menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25.0 dalam analisis data dengan taraf signifikan 5% untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa model pembelajaran teaching factory berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI mata pelajaran las busur manual (SMAW) di SMKN 3 Gowa dengan pengaruh sebesar 67,6%, sedangkan sisanya 32,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
Abstract-Information technology brought radical changes in various aspects of contemporary life and education sector in general and in higher education in particular. Our institute (Isra University) decided to be more responsive to these dramatic changes and effectively employ information technology to improve the quality of teaching and learning through a gradual shift from web-enhanced courses towards blended learning, distance learning, and open learning to achieve better learning outcomes excellence and competition. We uses Moodle system to offer web-enhanced courses with timed on-line quizzes as well as a vehicle for students to submit homework assignments and gain access to different course related resources. This paper investigates the risks encountered at Isra university e-learning system (IUELS) in the offering of web-enhanced courses and how we solved the problems.
