ÖzAkıllı turizm uygulamalarında bulunan şehirler rekabetçiliğini arttırabildiği için turistlerin deneyimlerini de arttırmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye'de önemli bir turizm destinasyonu olan Antalya destinasyonunun uygulamalarını akıllı turizm destinasyonları kapsamında incelemektir. Bu amaçla çalışmada öncelikle araştırma konusu olan akıllı turizm destinasyonu ile ilgili kuramsal çerçeve incelenmiştir. Sonrasında Antalya'nın akıllı turizm uygulamalarına ilişkin veriler elde edebilmek için doküman inceleme ve gözlem yöntemlerini içeren durum çalışması (örnek olay) gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Antalya destinasyonunun Türkiye'nin akıllı bir turizm destinasyonu olması ve turistler tarafından Antalya destinasyonunun akıllı turizm destinasyonu olarak tanınması için önerilerde bulunulmaktadır. Türkiye'nin önemli turizm destinasyonlarından birisi olan Antalya'nın akıllı turizm destinasyonu olma yolundaki çalışmaları incelendiğinde uygulamaların yeni başladığı ve Antalya'nın yolun çok başında olduğu söylenebilir. The purpose of this study is to examine the applications of the Antalya destination, which is an important tourism destination in Turkey, within the scope of smart tourism destinations. For this purpose, the theoretical framework of the smart tourism destination has been examined. Afterwards, a case study including document review and observation methods was carried out to obtain data on smart tourism applications of Antalya destination. Then, proposals are made for Antalya destination to be a smart tourism destination and to be recognized as a smart tourism destination by the tourists. As a result, in terms of Antalya destination which is one of the important tourism destinations of Turkey, it can be said that the applications have just started and Antalya destination is at the very beginning of the road.

The main goal of the paper is to identify the perception of technology by managers of five-star hotels located in Antalya region (Turkey). The managerial perception in the following contexts is discussed in detail: the enterprise, the employees, the managers and the competitiveness of hotel entities. The selection of such research area was determined by the fact that Antalya is one of the top Turkish tourist destinations, with international profile of visitors and intense hotel competition. The following three types of hotels were investigated: hotels affiliated with international chains, hotels affiliated with national brands and independent enterprises. Furthermore, 12 selected general managers were interviewed regarding the above-mentioned hotel types. The results confirmed that managers of internationally affiliated hotels are more focused on increasing their employees’ skills and competencies compared to managers of independent entities.

Çalışmanın amacı önemli tarihi kalıntılara sahip olan Malatya Arslantepe Höyüğü'nün çevrimiçi yorumlarının incelenmesi, höyük alanı ile ilgili görüşlerin ortaya çıkarılması ve bu doğrultuda önerilerde bulunmaktadır. Çalışmada içerik analizi uygulanmıştır. Çevrimiçi yorum sitesi olan TripAdvisor üzerinden Malatya Arslantepe Höyüğü ile ilgili yapılmış toplam 81 ziyaretçi yorumu bulunmaktadır. Bu yorumlar içerik analizi ile incelenmiştir. Ziyaretçilerin yarısından fazlası (%58,03) Arslantepe Höyüğü için mükemmel oyu kullanmışken, 1 adet berbat ve 2 adette kötü oyu Arslantepe Höyüğü için verilmiştir. 11 ziyaretçi yorumuna "mutlaka ziyaret edin" başlığı vermiştir. Yorumlar incelendiğinde genel olarak alanın tarihi ile ilgili yorumlar yapılmıştır. Tanıtım ve bilgilendirmelerinde yer alan Aslantepe'nin Arslantepe olarak güncellenmesi ve Arslantepe'den çıkarılan eserlerin tekrar Arslantepe'ye getirilerek burada bir müze içerisinde sergilenmesi önerilmektedir. Çalışmada Tripadvisor sitesinde yer Arslantepe ve Aslantepe Höyüğü başlıkları altında yer alan toplam 81 ziyaretçi yorumu kullanılmıştır. Gelecek çalışmalarda anket yöntemi ile veri toplanıp inceleme yapılması planlanmıştır. Çalışma ile bölgenin tanıtımının yapılması toplum için, geliştirilmiş öneriler ise yerel yönetimler ve politika yapıcılar için etkilere sahiptir. Çalışma kültür turizmi kapsamında bölgenin değerlendirilmesi için bir adım olarak görülebilir. Çalışmadan özellikle yerel halk, yerel yönetimler, politika yapıcılar ve akademisyenlerin yararlanması beklenmektedir. Çalışma Arslantepe Höyüğü ile yapılmış ilk kültür turizmi çalışmalardan biri olarak özgün değere sahiptir denilebilir.

ÖzTeknolojik gelişmeler, stresli iş ortamları, gıdalardaki bozulmalar ve artan kentleşme beraberinde insanlarda çeşitli ruhsal ve fiziksel hastalıkların ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Bazı durumlarda modern tıp tedavisinin yanı sıra tamamlayıcı tedaviye de ihtiyaç duyulmaya başlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda ülkemizde de son yıllarda sağlık turizm adı altında kullanılabilecek tamamlayıcı tedavi merkezleri Afyonkarahisar, Kahramanmaraş, Malatya, Denizli gibi destinasyonlarda belirlenmiş ve projeler ile sağlık turizmine kazandırılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu merkezlerden biri termal alan olarak balneoterapi amaçlı kullanılan Malatya İspendere şifalı su merkezidir. Çalışmanın amacı, İspendere şifalı suyunun kullanım potansiyelini inceleyerek hem hastaların tamamlayıcı tedavi amaçlı kullanmasını hem de bölge için alternatif bir gelir kaynağı olmasını sağlamaktır. Bu amaçla İspendere şifalı suyunun SWOT analizi gerçekleştirilmiş. Sonuçlara göre en önemli zayıf yönün tanıtım ve altyapı eksikliğinin olduğu, güçlü yönün ise şifalı suyun çok çeşitli hastalıklar için tamamlayıcı tedavide kullanılabilir olması söylenebilir. Son olarak bulgular temelinde uygulamaya yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Öncelikle şifalı suyun çevresi düzenlenmelidir, tanıtım yapılmalıdır ve uzun süreli tedaviler için konaklama imkanları arttırılmalıdır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Balneoterapi, tamamlayıcı tedavi, turizm, İspendere.Abstract Technological developments, stressful work environments, deterioration in food and increasing urbanization led to the emergence of various mental and physical diseases in humans. In some cases, modern medical treatment as well as complementary therapy are needed. In this context, complementary treatment centers that can be used under the name of health tourism in our country in recent years have been determined in the destinations such as Afyonkarahisar, Kahramanmaraş, Malatya, Denizli and it started to be given important to health tourism with projects. One of these centers is Malatya İspendere healing water center, which is used as a thermal area for balneotherapy. The aim of the study is to examine the usage potential of İspendere healing water and to make it an alternative source of income for the region. For this purpose, SWOT analysis of İspendere healing water was performed. According to the results, it is possible to say that the most important weakness is the lack of promotion and infrastructure, and the strength is that the healing water can be used as a complementary treatment for a wide range of diseases. Finally, suggestions were made on the basis of the findings. First of all, the environment of healing water should be regulated, promotion should be made and accommodation facilities should be increased for long-term treatments.

The increasing of intangible assets and intellectual capitals of firms has shown that traditional accounting systems are not able to calculate intangible assets and intellectual capital sufficiently. The travel agents as a service provider are one of the firms that have more intellectual capital and intangible assets than other firms. The research about the relationship between financial performance and intellectual capital that conducted for travel agents, however, is a limited extent. Thus, the aim of the study is to reveal the relationship between financial performance and intellectual capital in travel agents. For this aim, a questionnaire was conducted to travel agencies, and the relationship between financial performance and intellectual capital was revealed. It can be concluded that there are moderate and positive relationship between financial performance of travel agents and people capital, structural capital, relationship capital according to correlation analysis.

Next-generation technologies such as robotics, the internet of things, artificial intelligence, sensors, cognitive technologies, nanotechnology, quantum computing, wearable technologies, augmented reality, intelligent signaling, and intelligent robots have led the fourth industrial revolution, often referred to as Industry 4.0. With the rapid advance of technology, most people today rely heavily on the internet to get information while traveling anywhere, because the use of technology has deeply penetrated daily life. The internet also makes travel easier and more convenient. For instance, it is possible to plan travel using smartphones and applications and at the same time meet instant travel needs as they arise. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine tourism guidance within the scope of the super-smart tourists of the future, to determine the usage areas of next-generation technologies in the field of tourism guidance, and to give recommendations for tourism guidance in this regard.
