The tendencies of marketing policy development in some world’s mining countries in the light of global transformational changes are considered. The factors influencing the marketing activity of Ukrainian coal mining enterprises are identified. The volumes and structure of coal consumption in Ukraine are analyzed with a purpose to identify trends of demand volatility and specifics of logistics services for different consumer categories. It is substantiated the expediency of marketing networks formation as a form of partnership relations between different counterparties in the coal market. It is proposed the mechanism of realization of public-private partnership in the management of coalmining enterprises marketing activity based on syndicate form of incorporation. It is improved the methodological approach, which by use of the hierarchy analysis method allows selecting the optimal direction of enterprises organizational culture transformation based on defining 12 the most important criteria and their systematization into 4 groups. An integrated assessment of the level of organizational culture development of coal mining enterprises is made using economic and mathematical tools.
In today’s conditions of dynamic development, the digital economy actualizes the problems of management of logistic activities of enterprises, among which there are the problems of the effective use of material resources, improvement of management of warehouse economy, production and commodity stocks, transport streams and marketing activity and improvement of quality of logistic service. Comparative analysis of dynamics of the indicators of logistic activity of business entities in Ukraine and the EU countries is performed. Features are investigated and modern trends in the development of logistic activities of Ukrainian enterprises are determined. It is established that there are many risks on organization of logistic activities of enterprises that are conditionally classified into 2 groups: exogenous (political, institutional, market, financial, environmental) and endogenous (associated with the processes of logistics, inventory formation, economic, transport, marketing, informational). International experience of strategic management of logistic activities of enterprises is analyzed and summarized. Strategic lines of improvement of management of logistic activities of enterprises are defined, taking into account best international practices, which include logistics management, inventory management, process management, customer service, managing sales activity, pricing improvement, formation of transport-logistic system, information support of the process of the logistic activities through the use of modern digital technologies and logistic concepts. Implementation of the above-mentioned measures will help to increase the level of competitiveness and sustainable development of business entities as a result of reducing the cost of organizing the logistic activities of enterprises. Minimizing the risks and losses from the acquisition of low-quality material resources, downtime of transport, late delivery of products to consumers and payment for shipped products.
In the situation of growing global problems and dangers of anthropo-technological, medical-epidemiological, economic, environmental, demographic nature, the demand for identifying transformational changes in global and national labour markets is relevant. The fourth industrial revolution, the threats of the COVID-19 pandemic, the transition to Society 5.0 (Super Smart Society or Society 5.0) are the challenges that change the nature of the world of work, the man of labour, in every country and in humanity as a whole. They create new dangers, are accompanied by unpredictable consequences, but at the same time, they open new opportunities. Therefore, these processes require in-depth research. The purpose of the article is to study transformations on the global and national labour markets caused by the complex impact of digitalization processes and the COVID-19 pandemic. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study combines modern concepts of sustainable development, decent work, social risk and digital economy. Emphasis is placed on the importance to ensure the complementarity of sustainable, labour and digital development. The authors put forward and confirmed the hypothesis that today the transformations in the labour and employment markets are due to the complex influence of modern megatrends, first of all – the COVID-19 pandemic and the digitalization of the economy and society. In the present situation, the COVID-19 pandemic can be a trigger (accelerator) of the digitalization process. The results of the study show that the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine restrictions stimulated the growth of demand for digital technologies to meet the communication, professional, consumer and economic needs of the people, contributed to the spread of new non-standard forms of employment using information and communication technologies. The authors present a system of transformational changes in the social and labour sphere in terms of digital and sustainable development; also, they propose key imperatives, priorities of strategic and tactical level to ensure the stabilization and balance of the labour market and employment in Ukraine.
Topicality. The issues of improving the management of logistics activities of enterprises are currently actualized. The logistics component is becoming strategically the most important factor that appear in the financial results of the enterprises. Logistics activity is the main centre of cost optimization and, as a consequence, the lever to raise the level of profitability, as the supply chain accounts for a substantial part of the cost of the enterprise. Thus, in modern conditions of managing one of the most important reserves of cost reduction and increase of efficiency of functioning of domestic enterprises is formation of system of management of logistic activities using a systematic approach.Aim and tasks. The aim of this study is to develop scientific and methodological support of improving the management system of logistic activities of the company.Research results. The concept and definition of the main elements of the term «management system of logistic activities of an enterprise» have been clarified. The structural and structural-functional schemes of formation of management system of logistic activities of the enterprise have been proposed. To improve the management system of logistic activities of the enterprise a set of proposals has been developed on: the management of material and technical supply, the inventory management, traffic management, management of customer service processes, sales activity management, risk management of logistics activities in the risk management system of enterprises, improvement of pricing, information support of the organization of processes of logistic activity on the basis of use of modern digital technologies.Conclusions. It is proved that the implementation of proposals for the formation of the management system of logistic activities promotes cost savings for the organization of the processes of material and technical supply, reserves, transportation and sales.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the introduction of international public-private partnerships (IPPPs) to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine. Methodology. The methodological framework of the research relies on the systems approach, which allows the authors to determine the main characteristics of international public-private partnerships to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals; the comparison method, which illustrates the unity of the strategic focus of international public-private partnerships and the Sustainable Development Goals; the dialectical method, which facilitates establishing potential directions for developing international public-private partnerships in Ukraine. Results. The importance of fostering international public-private partnerships to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine is argued. The authors have defined the regime of “international-public-partnerships” in terms of the ideology of the modern economy. The components of the regulatory regime of international public-private partnerships are characterized: the goals to be achieved through introducing the regime; subjects covered by the regime; incentives, benefits, and restrictions necessary to achieve the declared goals; resources involved as part of the regime’s implementation; action plan for the regime’s implementation. The algorithm for introducing the regulatory regime of international public-private partnerships is considered: initiation and initial selection of a project for implementation in terms of an international public-private partnership; assessment and structuring of an IPPP project; drafting an IPPP agreement; conducting tendering procedures and concluding the IPPP agreement; management of the implementation of the international public-private partnership agreement (the IPPP monitoring implementation). Analysis of the current state of the implementation of public-private partnerships shows that state policy remains ineffective. The bulk of public-private partnership agreements deals with housing and public utility services, as this sector is characterized by the low cost of capital expenditures, a simple scheme of investment return, and guaranteed demand. The principal barriers hindering the development of public-private partnerships have been identified. The authors put forward a road map for the IPPP development in Ukraine with the identification of key areas. The main directions of the road map of the regulatory regime of international public-private partnerships involve: amending the legislation on public-private partnerships; increasing the level of responsibility and competence of officials charged with the formation and implementation of public policy on international public-private partnerships; guaranteeing additional sources of business financing; strengthening the role of public-private partnerships amid decentralization. The road map of the IPPP regulatory regime is aimed at stimulating the development and implementation of public-private partnership agreements for the realization of long-term projects in priority economic activities in all regions of Ukraine. Practical implications. The main development directions of the regime of international-public-private partnerships in the current economic realities are outlined. Value/originality. The introduction of the regulatory regime of international public-private partnerships in Ukraine is substantiated, given the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
In order to elaborate the concept of an industrial ecosystem for circular economy for old industrial coal mining regions in Ukraine, we apply Corrine Beaumont's Lean Tribe Canvas model. The concept is based on combination of several approaches, including smart shrinking, urban mines, smart specialisation. The main idea of this concept is to organize an integrated industrial ecosystem for processing of accumulated waste of coal mining and enrichment for decades using innovative technologies for retrieving energy and other products during waste processing, as well as restructuring abandoned housing and unused industrial infrastructure. This should slow down decline of mining settlements, allow to reducing effects of anthropogenic impact on the environment in these regions, as well as mitigate social tension in the places where closed coal mines and related businesses were located. The mining town of Bílytske in Donetsk oblast was chosen as an example to assess technical, social and economic feasibility of a project based on the stated concept.
