In today’s world, green development has become an important trend, and many countries regard the development of green industry as an important measure to promote economic restructuring. Green development is consistent with sustainable development in ideology. China’s economy is in the stage of high-quality development. As an important foundation for China’s external economic development, the free trade zone can play a good role in promoting its green and high-quality development. Based on the data of 18 free trade zones in China in 2020, this paper explores the green and high-quality development path of the China Pilot Free Trade Zone. Firstly, the green development index is constructed according to the existing research and experience, and then the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to evaluate the green and high-quality development path. The results show that the development of pilot free trade zones is not the result of a single condition but the result of a combination of green policy effectiveness, foreign investment participation, green production growth rate, and other conditions. Combined with the green and high-quality development path, this paper further provides enlightenment for the development of the China Pilot Free Trade Zone.
The current financial tsunami makes it difficult for enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises (SME) to ask for loans from banks to finance their future manufacturing activities and business development. Recent years, warehouse financing emerges as an effective and popular means for SMEs to get financing and investment from major banks and large corporations. In addition, it incorporates 3rd party logistics (3PL) who provides professional warehouse and supply chain service. This article identifies and analyzes the risks throughout the warehouse financing process, and gives several evaluating measures of those risks.
Cognitive decision-making based on visual sensory input has been a topic of intensive interest. When combining these visual cognition systems, three models of strategy have been proposed and widely used: M 1 : simple average, M 2 : weighted average using ı, and M 3 : weighted average using ı 2 . In this paper, we extend each visual cognition system to a scoring system using combinatorial fusion analysis, a framework which has proven effective for the optimization of multiple evaluation methods in several other computational domains. Ten experiments on two visual systems each are conducted. M 1 , M 2 , M 3 , and combinatorial fusion on M 1 are computed. Our two main results are: (a) Six of the ten experiments show performance order M 1 > M 2 > M 3 while the other four experiments exhibit the opposite order; (b) Combinatorial fusion based on M 1 performs better than M 1 in eight of the ten experiments. It is demonstrated that Combinatorial Fusion Analysis is useful in the study of visual cognition. Our results exhibit a new method to better analyze and make joint decisions in visual cognition using Combinatorial Fusion Analysis.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
