In today’s world, green development has become an important trend, and many countries regard the development of green industry as an important measure to promote economic restructuring. Green development is consistent with sustainable development in ideology. China’s economy is in the stage of high-quality development. As an important foundation for China’s external economic development, the free trade zone can play a good role in promoting its green and high-quality development. Based on the data of 18 free trade zones in China in 2020, this paper explores the green and high-quality development path of the China Pilot Free Trade Zone. Firstly, the green development index is constructed according to the existing research and experience, and then the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to evaluate the green and high-quality development path. The results show that the development of pilot free trade zones is not the result of a single condition but the result of a combination of green policy effectiveness, foreign investment participation, green production growth rate, and other conditions. Combined with the green and high-quality development path, this paper further provides enlightenment for the development of the China Pilot Free Trade Zone.
Production cost and performance depend on the existing resource configuration and optimization, which play a fundamental role in occupying the dominant position in the aggressive market competition for the manufacturing enterprises. The existing resource configuration and optimization is implemented at workshop level of operation activity, and thus, it is of significance in strengthening the management and control at workshop level of operation activity. In this paper, the problem of production scheduling research background is analyzed and discussed. And then, it establishes the mathematic model of the problem to cope with the production scheduling problems with the characteristics of NP-hard via the genetic algorithm. Finally, it verifies the rationality and validity of the model and algorithm through the simulation experiment.
The nontrust behaviors among the automobile supply chain members lead to a trust crisis situation. Under such circumstances, this paper studies the mutual influences of trust, enterprise behavior, and transaction performance on the independent brand automobile supply chain. The business behavior concept which consists of information sharing, joint action, and specific asset investment is proposed. Then, the paper tests the reliability and validity of the collected data through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Through empirical test and analysis on mutual relationship among vertical transaction enterprise behaviors, trust, and transaction performance, the vertical transaction enterprise behaviors can be regulated, so as to improve the efficiency of independent brand automobile supply chain.
Resource-constrained project scheduling problem is the traditional optimization problem considering constraint conditions of resource supply, which makes the problem more difficult to solve in real life. Resource-constrained project scheduling problem is a typical NP-hard problem, which is quite popular issue in recent years. This article firstly analyzes the literature review of resource-constrained project scheduling problem. And then, the mathematical model of this problem is established, and the solution via the genetic algorithm is also developed. Finally, the numerical experiment is adopted to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed model and algorithm.
The supply chain facility location problem is an important foundation in the supply chain. The quality of facilities location directly influences the production and operation status of enterprise. Therefore, it is critical for enterprises to adopt scientific and effective methods for facility location problem assessment and a smooth decision. This article concentrates on the development status of location problem, focusing on the linear programming model and a genetic algorithm in the location problem analysis and analytical method. In the linear programming model, because the given complex table calculation method is too complicated and the workload is very large, the Excel software is proposed to solve the location problem, which can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise facility location problem. In addition, a genetic algorithm based on MATLAB toolbox is applied to another type of facility location problem, which provides a referential method for location decision under different conditions and different facilities.
Under the real circumstances of service supply chain, there is one demand appearing as the sensitive feature, to face the increasing uncertainty. It could be elaborated upon the decision variables such as price, quantity, and efforts. The member behaviors are operated and coordinated in the process of multiperiod dynamic game. Based on the multiperiod dynamic game theory, the service demand and price, quantity of goods, and efforts of members in the secondary service supply chain are considered. The paper discusses the reputation effect and ratchet effect in the multiperiod dynamic game service supply chain. Additionally, the paper describes this problem, builds a programming model based on the multiperiod dynamic game, and deduces the optimal solution. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the impact of reputation effect and ratchet effect on the agent’s revenue. Through the simulation, it is found that the agency efforts are a combination result of reputation effect and ratchet effect in the process of multiperiod dynamic game. Through the long-term dynamic game, the short-term moral risk in service supply chain can be restrained so that the result under the asymmetric information is the same as that under the complete information.
