Research on Project Scheduling Problem with Resource Constraints

Abstract:

Resource-constrained project scheduling problem is the traditional optimization problem considering constraint conditions of resource supply, which makes the problem more difficult to solve in real life. Resource-constrained project scheduling problem is a typical NP-hard problem, which is quite popular issue in recent years. This article firstly analyzes the literature review of resource-constrained project scheduling problem. And then, the mathematical model of this problem is established, and the solutio… Show more

“…But with advancement of computing speed and evolutionary algorithms such as Ant Colony (AC), Simulated Annealing (SA), Genetic Algorithm (GA), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), etc. which can deal with complexity effectively, researchers applied them to various scheduling problems [8]. In [9], an optimization method integrated ant colony algorithm with genetic algorithm was proposed, and it was applied into construction project scheduling, and the scheduling performance was improved.…”
